There are cooption member in a trade union selected by committee members itself is there any rule for cooption and what is the complete procedure of doing co option in the trade union
An. Employee worked in private service for almost 7 years and now the employer who is the owner removeef him without paying his salary and advance notice or any enquiry. My query is that employer had not issued any appointment letter to employee but had issued identity card to employee and will it be sufficient to file case for recovery of salary and other dues from the employer.
An unmarried daughter of a deceased government employee of Indian railway applied for family pension as she is the only claimant for the family pension as a unmarried dependent daughter.
She is also working in a state government department through contractor on daily basis since long time.

Sir I am selected in BSF CONSTABLE GD 2022 notification I get a appointment letter from BSF and Training joining date is 27-10-2023 that stated date iam not able to attend some medical emergency after 1 month I sent a request Letter including medical certificates also to Training centre and appointment issued Head qurater after there is no response from their is there any chance to getting appointment

Looking forward your suggestions in respect of following queries:
1. There is an employment bond for 2 Year and if any employee leave the organization before 2 years he / she need to pay Rs 2 Lakh.
Query : if Employee leave the organization after 1 year so he / she need to pay full or in proportion as he /she has already served 1 Year.
2. As per employment agreement , monthly salary would be paid lump sum or in instalment a per employer convienence
Query: If salary is not paid in next month so it is breach of employment Bond.

Hi,
I am on my notice period .
I have put resignation on 2nd may 2024 wherein mentioned my last working day will be on 31st May 2024.
After 10days , HR reply back by saying that they have rejected the resignation. Also they had hold my April month salary .
Saying that I must give them in writting that I won't join any competitor company in next six months .
Also this clause is mentioned in my appointment too.
My new company is the competitor company .
I need to know is the clause of not joing the competitor company is legal . Is there is any action employer can get on employee.
What needs to be my further step ?

Trade union working committee is now using using there own photo frame and name on the wall of fees days election is there in our trade union now can we stop them doing this because it is going to effect in election and if there is any competent authority were we can complaint pls help me show that we can approach there
