I appeared for the post of Junior Hindi Translator through SSC and i was selected in the final result.At the time of interview I had to given an undertaking to SSC that I will get in written by Delhi University that subsidiary courses are equivalent to concurrent courses or else they will not allow me to appear in the interview. Actually some years ago, Delhi university has changed the names of Subsidiary courses to Concurrent courses and it is already mentioned in the prospectus of that year. I tried my level best to get it written by Delhi University but no one was ready to do it.Now the department for which I am selected is demanding that I should get
get in written from Delhi University due to the undertaking that I have give at the time of interview. But after the interview SSC never asked me about the undertaking. If any document is left, SSC gives 7 days notice and if document is not submitted, cancels the candidature of the candidate but no notice was given to me by SSC. Please advice what to do.

I need your valuable suggestion on the following matter :-
1. When the highest authority of my Corporation (CMD) had approved my promotion based on passing the prescribed examination, then is it open to the authority to revert me after a lapse of 5 years. (My promotion was not based on any misrepresentation or fraud.)
2. Whether the department can recover the amount paid to me despite the fact that I had shouldered higher responsibility and paid according to the post I was holding from the year 2011.

Just wanted to know, if someone complain or register false labour case against a Farmer? Here my father, he is a farmer Age 70. We have few agricultural land and all are given in lease for last 15 years. Living alone in village and my mother. Some who never worked as labour registered a case against my father saying he has not given Rs 70000 for his work. Just to take benefit of labour law. He has been asked to do so by someone in our village. My father received a notice that says to appear in forum, if not case registered against him will be treated as final. Inspite of age issue he appeared after notice. The officer also saying this is a false and fake case. But we are worried, what need to be done here. :(
Please guide and help me how to come out of it.

Sir I have not got any increment in salary since I joined the job since last 2 years 6 months. During my appointment 3 months notice period was mentioned, can leave job without notice, as company has not done minimum increment.

Please advise can we change the notice period with formal letter. because our original term is one month notice and we want that to read as two month notice or three month. However in our original employment letter there is no clause for "any change in terms and conditions communicated by company shall be applicable and acceptable to you."
Because I feel without above clause in original contract one cannot change the notice period or other terms

Request for transfer from current place due to medical reasons
Dear Sir,
I had been working in govt. of india for 1 year and i had been posted at Visakhapatnam.
My wife is suffering with cancer and she is undergoing treatment in Tata memorial centre, Mumbai.
So can i approach my department for my transfer to Mumbai, so that i can provide her better treatment.
*Is it possible to get transfer for medical need of family.
My department headquarters is at Mumbai only.
