I joined a Gov bank and worked for 3 months. I resigned the bank as to join another PSU. I paid 1 lakh bond amount plus 2 months salary for not serving notice period, and thus no breach of contract.
I came to know that bond can be transferred between PSUs. Which when I asked in bank HR, I was told NO.
My question is if the transfer of bond happens and if I can get my money back??

My issue is related to my FNF from my company.
I worked for this company for 2 months and I left the company without giving any notice period. As I don't have any thing in writing about my joining nor i have a offer letter from the company.I join the company on 6th Feb 2017 and I left this company on 5th April 2017.
As I had left without any notice and after few days i came to office and give my hand over in writing and told then varobali that i will not be coming back to work. After few days i dropped in mail saying i had given all my handover.
Now want i am asking for my FNF where my salary of March 2017 is not been given as they kept it on hold. Now they say that i have not given them a notice period in writing as per there policy in writing and serve the notice period of one month as i was not confirmed not i have any appointment letter where it says this.
Please let me know what should i do now to get my salary for the days i worked

I am working in a Public sector bank and I am suffering from the odd posting given to me Gadag in karnataka. My husband is posted in Agartala. He is working in AG office as audit officer. I am posted here since 1 year.i have applied for spouse transfer but my bank has not considered.i am posted as branch manager for the first time living totally alone in this small district. Any how I am managing myself.please guide me if there is any way out for this problem of mine

मेरी इंग्लिश कमजोर होने के कारण मैं अपनी समस्या हिंदी में उजागर क्र रहा हूँ. लेकिन मेरी समस्या गम्भीर होने के कारन मुझे मदद की जरूरत है. सर, मैं 29 मार्च 2015 को महाराष्ट्र पोस्टल सर्कल की पोस्टमन पद की प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण हुआ था. उसके परांत डॉक्युमेंट वेरीफिकेशन तथा मेडिकल जाँच में भी सफल रहा. हमारे स्थानीय पुलिस स्टेशन से भी वेरीफिकेशन हो गया. उसके बाद काफी दिनों के बाद भी जॉइनिंग लेटर नही आनेपर मैंने ऑफिस से सम्पर्क किया तो पता चला की डिपार्टमेंटल स्टे आया है. उसके बाद काफी दिनों तक इन्क्वायरी करने पर भी कुछ पता नही चला. उसके बाद दिसम्बर 2016 में परीक्षा को कैन्सल किया गया है और नई एग्जाम होगी ऐसा एक नोटीफिकेशन आया, अभी वेबसाईट पर एक ही नोटीफिकेशन है जिसमे लिखा है की चयन प्रक्रिया के दौरान कुछ इर्रेगुलिरिटीज होने की आशंका से इन्क्वायरी चालू है तो सभी उम्मीदवार प्रतीक्षा करे. लेकिन ये नोटीफिकेशन 10 जून 2016 से जारी होने के बाद इतने दिन होने के बावजुद हमे अभी तक कुछ भी बताया नही गया है तथा किस तरह की इर्रेगुलिरिटीज हुई इस बारे में भी कोई जानकारी नही मिली. ऑफिस में सम्पर्क करने पर भी कोई कुछ नही बताते.
तो इस विषय में मुझे क्या करना चाहिए, कृपया उचित मार्गदर्शन करे.

Good evening,
I need assistance with respect to the buyout notice period.
My company has a policy of serving 2 months notice period & i have completed 1 month and wanted to buy 1 month notice.
As per my knowledge every company charges the basic of the salary (Rs 17500/-) but I was shocked to hear from HR that this company will hold my gross salary (Rs 35000/-) from my full & Final settlement.
Can anyone please let me know what should i do in this situation?
I can not pay the gross salary because i can not afford to pay the gross salary because this will lead my family situation to crisis.
Please help me to understand what i can do further?

My friend was working as an accountant with dealer of electric appliances.we dont know that dealer has registered under which act.but no PF and ESI deducted from the salary. last month when my friend turn on switch of fan, blast occured and fire catched her and other employees of the office( which is situated in residential area) 4 person injured but my friend is severely injured with 80% burn, at present also admitted in sterling hospital. total approximate cost is 20 lacs but dealer is not ready to pay. DSP of baroda told us that they are investigating the case but FSL reports shows that blast was due to Sewarage gas. i need help what can i do further for compensation and investigation.

Dear sir,
I had taken loan from my family friend ₹75000 at 5% per month interest rate for 6 months. But due to lack of money I was unable to pay back.. after 2 years I returned the principal amount. But now he is mentally torturing me for the rest of interest amount.
1. He is not a registered lender
2 . We are not entered into any kind of contract or agreement.
3. I have given him a signed cheque two years back.
Can he take any legal action against me?
If yes
Can I defend myself..?

Respected Sir/ Madam,
My wife had worked in an establishment less than a decade.
(Date of joining:1.10.2006
Date of leaving:1.7.2016
Total Years: 9.9 years only
Breaking days-310 days.
Total Years without breaking days: 8.9 years only.).
She applied to get back her full amount. But she got a partial pf amount only on January month as 1.10 lakhs only and they (Epfo) insisted her to the scheme certificate instead of the rest of the pf amount ( may be comes above 55 thousand rupees & around a lakh rupees). She wants to close her pf account for full pf amount withdrawal. Because we need this amount for our daughter's marriage purpose which is to be held within three months. So what should she do for getting back the full pf amounts? I request you to help her to get back her full pf amounts.

Full and final settlement
I was employed in a company from 7/9/2016 to 9/1/2017. I was supposed to receive my salary after 45 days in terms of full and final settlement amount but its been 4 months now and I am yet to receive the money. The HO is in Gurgaon,Delhi and I was in the Bangalore Office. Please help as to what I can do do get My money. At first I was told that I will get and the process is going on but now there is no response to my mails. Please help!
