Sir, I am working in a private collage, at Faridabad, Haryana, affilated by MDU & AICTE.
Now my collage has cancelled all casual / EL / Short leaves & allow a Summer vacation of 45 Days in the month of May, June in a year.
If i take any leave on other months i.e. on January or other month. It will be of without pay.
In a year if i take leave because of any reason. they will cut my salary.
Its totally unnatural / illogical.
Can i / we file a case against them, if yes can you advice me under which section.
Kindly reply soon, what to do.

Dear sir,
I joined a PSU in pay scale 24900- 50500. At present my Basic Pay is 26230. I have completed 3 yr of service with thus PSU. Now i want to move in another PSU BSNL with entry level Pay scale 16400-40500. Sir i want to joine this lower grade pay PSU through proper channel i.e proper regulation process. Sir please guide me the procedure to protect my current Pay scale in new PSU. If it is possible ho protect my pay in new PSU then kindly guide me for the procedure. Please oblise me with system procedure.

After the demise of my brother a bank employee dues of personal loan and society loan being deducted from PF and Gratuity. I am getting the sussession certificate made but for the dues ? Are these dues deductable from PF and Gratuity.

Hi,
I am currently working in a pvt company from last 7 months and I am a practicing Muslim and usually I am wearing islami dress (turban (saafa) and khandress, thobe) and from last 7 months on every Friday continuously I m wearing turban and in rest of days I m wearing Islamic cap (topi).. Now I m warned for the same and forced to be in a formal dress as there is no one is follows such like things ... I want to know is any law against the same so which can help me....

I am working with a Insurance company located at Mumbai. Recently have received a transfer letter.
I am a single parent of twin daughters that are studying in last year. I am not in a position to leave them alone and take a transfer as their responsibility solely depends on me, neither I am in a position to move on with them at a location as that is totally new and may hamper my daughter's education as well as have psychological impact.
I don't want to get transferred yet continue the job at the current location.Either transfer or resign are the two options.
As my age is 55 years, I can't afford to lose the job after working for 10 years with the said company.
Please advice so that I get my transfer cancelled and I can continue with the same location. Thanks

My case is in evidence stage. My advocate replies that application can be given to secretary for transfer to another court where it has jurisdiction. Sir, Please answer my two queries : I regularly on each date attend my case in person whereas my advocate does not come with me although I have given authority letter of my advocate in court for attending the same. Can my advocate withdrew case without my information from court. Secondly while I was in service during inquiry I was not allowed defense assistance of my wife although she was employee of the management as part time.

i am working in bank as astt. manager against compliant i am suspeded 8/12/2016 order received ,after charge sheet received 20/03/2017 by speed post
then inquiry started 7/04/2017/15/04/2017/24/04/2017/27/04/2017/03/05/2017/06/05/2017/common proceeding and witness and today date 16/05/2017fix when i go inquiry office jalandhar po says your inquiry again started at gurgaon head office on dt.23/05/2017 fresh

I worked in a school for 12 months. At the time of interview they told me summer vacation salary will be given after 10 months. I left the school after 12 months by giving notice period in advance. Now they are denying to pay summer vacation salary. Can I file the case in labour court to recover the summer vacation salary. I am now in different district , can I file the case from my district. Please help me in this regard.

Hi Experts,
I was working in Bank from last 5 to 6 year as per norms I have given 3 month notice of period
Thanks also Bank is not giving full & final settlement & reliving letter. Bank is holding my salary & gratuity.
Request u to plz suggest for the same.
