Technical resigantion

I am selected as Assistant Commandant(AC) in CISF 2013 and my joining is on 21 September 2015. In the mean time i also got selected in the state services as DSP in Police of which i m waiting for the joining. My joining for DSP might come around during my training for the AC and i will be quiting AC and join DSP. Since at the time of applying for the DSP i wasn't allocated the force so i wasn't able to take NOC. AS benefit is also admissible to Government servants who applied for posts in same or other Departments before joining Government service and on that account the application was not routed through proper channel. The benefit will be allowed if at the time of joining i intimate the authorities about DSP on their joining.

will i be eligible for technical resignation or not?

Termination of teacher

School runs under registered society (Delhi) in maharashtra state.affiliated with c.b.s.e.board..
School terminated a teacher under M.E.P.S. act (maharashtra employees of private school act) without following proper procedure..e.g.school appointed one man inquiry committee but as per m.e.p.s.act their should three member committee
Now question is as per c.b.s.e.bye-laws single member inquiry committee is sufficient...so this is contradiction..in this situation what is right...to follow c.b.s.e.bye laws or m.E.P.S.act...becuz one high court judgement is their that m.E.P.S. Act not applicable for c.b.s.e. School.please guide..

Volunteer Relieving

I had submitted my resignation and it was getting to over. My notice period was 30days. So far there is no response from the management side even after sent request mail for relieving. My director don't wish to leave any employees. Because the rules and regulations they had was not at all fits for an IT company. Not people showing much interested to join here. As I got another opportunity, so I resigned my job. Since no action or reply from management, I am decided to take volunteer relieving.

Kindly advice me about that. Also how can I apply for pf after I quit. Because HR in this company was useless guy who they always do favor for company and not for employees.

Renewal of registration certificate (rc)

Building Construction co. obtain RC under contract Labour(regulation and abolition) Act as Principal Employer.
said co. applied for renewal of RC to concerned authority for the period 1.1.2015 to 31.12.2015 for a period of one year.
but till date no renewed RC received.
My query is-
1. Is renewal of RC is necessary for Principal employer under contract Labour(regulation and abolition) Act.
2. What is the remedy now when concerned authority not renew the RC till date.
3. 2-3 contractor have filed the application for their licence for 2015 based upon our old RC and labour department has accepted the same and issued the licence to them. can we considered principal employer under law.

Please reply

Subcontractor issues

Dear Friends,

We are a contracting company executing projects PAN India for various industries through small sub contractors.

When we submitted our invoice along with the Wage Sheet, Attendance, PF and ESI Challans, the client is insisting that the Wages should be atleast 30% of Invoice Amount as per the rules.

Kindly clarify is such kind of rules exist and where should I see those rules.

Regards,
Mary
