My wife file 125 CRPC wherein it is stated that " Husband torture upon her "
In objection of RCR ( RCR is filed by husband) she stated that husband want to live peacefully with her.
Sir,
Can I file a case under 195 IPC , 340 CRPC and other relevant sections to punish my wife for making false written statements before court ?
Can I pray to dismiss 125 CRPC ?
Will she be published ?

Since statements are contradictory, can I file case for false statements before court under different sections of law ?
Will count punished my wife ?
Can 125 CRPC dismissed ?

Can anyone please confirm, when a civil judge says "issue warrants of possession of the suit property and appointment of bailiff by decree holder" , what does it mean ? And once the bailiff visits the house for possession for the first time,what does he do exactly? Will he throw the stuff out of the house and lock the room ? Or will he give notice and a warning to vacate the house? Is there any way by which one can avoid bailiff for the first time ? What can I tell the bailiff so that he goes back politely? please advice

My wife was hit by a car from backside and got severe multiple fractures. Police filed IPC 338 on the driver of the car and i am planning to file MVOP claim in court.
My wife age is 34 and she is about to join a company which pays 50000 salary.
Due to accident and major surgeries, she had to take 6 months bed rest because of which employer terminated the offer letter.
What is the maximum amount that can be claimed in this situation ?
There are no legal dependents on her.
There is no disability certificate.
The driver has valid insurance, license, rc at the time of accident.

Court issued witness summons in criminal case for giving evidence and furnish of documents. The witness himself did not appear and deputed his personal assistant along with record. As the witness is essential and important for just of the case. How to enforce his personal appearance as witness in court to give evidence.

Dear sir,
Greetings of the day. I am facing a criminal trial. My query is related to WhatsApp screenshot. The person who has set criminal law in motion was once very close to me. I gave her my own number (SIM) for usage. She had access to my other number and phone too.
Now the problem is she has created vulgar chats from that number and exchange messages on my other number and tried to show that it was me who was sending those messages on WhatsApp. Technically speaking both Number(sender and receiver) belonged to me and a few vulgar messages were exchanged. My query is basically related to the fact that will the court accept such piece of screenshot as evidence where sender and receiver are same person because the SIM belonged to me only.
Please help me and give your valuable reply my liberty is at stake I have been deceived by my close associate.

Hi All, I need help from a lawyer regarding a fraud company that is making us invest in spot gold trading and giving us profit thereafter only after one trade makes you lose all the money. I have file complaint with cyber division and they are like when they have update they will inform me. But meanwhile they are operating their website. Can some lawyer help me in this as I am seeking professional help and advise and ready to pay, since i have substantial amount at stake with this company. They accept only online payments, and keep restrictions on withdrawal. Is filing complain is enough as I only got stamp acknowledgment on my written application or something else also needs to be done? Appreciate prompt response.

The witness is avoiding summons. The dasti summons were also avoided and same were then registered. My query is that summons were dasti and i registered can court object to this. Please advise.

Torture & threatening on child
Sir,
My wife leaving me taking 5 year old son and living with her boyfriend at some unknown address.
She didn't provide food & my son is always crying for food. Even education of my as son is stopped.
Her boyfriend threatening to murder my son.
She theft gold ornaments of my mother.
She file 125 CRPC.
My in laws want to recover my son from their daughter and keep my son in my custody & all the gold ornaments.
My sons life is under danger.
Could I approach police to recover my child and gold ornaments ?
Could I go to court for issue of search warrant ?
