Sec.133 Cr.P.C Removal of Nuisance

Dear Members,

There is an encroachment on Public road since several years next to slum. The road has now become too narrow hence the heavy vehicles cannot enter inside. This is causing annoyance to public and last month there was a fire mishap and the firebrigade could not have access to the place of incidence.
I have decide to apply in personal capacity u.sec.133 of Cr.p.c for removal of the encroachment as i reside nearby to the subject matter.
Please let me know if any applicable Citations.
Thanks in advance.

Power of Attorney.

Respected Seniors,

The Complainant obtained a power of attorney basing on that he filed a complaint against accused under section 138 of N.I.Act. Before or after filing of the said case he was not taken a permission from the Court to continue the case basing on the power of attorney. Now the stage of the case is for examination u/s 313 of Cr.P.C.

What is the fate of the case. Whether the complaint is maintainable without prior permission of the court to continue basing on the power of attorney.

Thanking you in advance.

false complain of molestation for extortion

if a lady who has some business dealings with you and yr relations land in a dispute for petty matters and she approaches the police station bribes the police who make her write a false complain of molestation on the main business partner, what remedy can we take for immediate relief rather than go for contest and anticipatory bail. remember police is supporting her for god know what.
