HELLO SIR/MADAM
The person is absconding from 5 years and if a criminal cases are pending in on him from 5 years, when can the court declare that the person is dead,
and if court declare, then the person wife is eligible in getting the L.i.c policy money? if so, pls kindly suggest how to deal it..

I have not recd. the copy of FIR.
The Police has filed FIR against my Client u/s 325.What would happen to the accussed of FIR u/s 325. Whether these accused are to get Anticipatory Bail?.
Those who have assaulted my Clients FIR is recorded u/s 326. What would happen to the accussed of FIR u/s 325. Whether these accused are to get Anticipatory Bail?.
No sooner I receive the FIR I shall forward to you Mr. Devjyoti. Thanks agin.

Sir,
I have sent a complaint through registered post to IG,SSP and ASP office regarding subject i have been getting threats for false dowry case on me and my family by my inlaws if demand not meets and threatening for beatenup by my inlaws to me. So i recieved a call from local police chowki and told me plz come in chowki regarding complaint. So i want know what can do in that case there in police chowki what i can share to officer what i can hide plz tell, So i can take precuations. Urgent tomorrow is scheduled visit.

CAN ANY ONE GIVE CASE LAW DETAILS ON THE SUBJECT. IN ONE CASE POLICE OFFICER FILED B REPORT BY FALSELY SUBMITTING THAT HE HAS SERVED NOTICE TO COMPLAINANT. STRANGELY HE HAS FILED APPLICATION TO COURT ON NON HEARING DATE REQUESTING COURT TO ACCEPT B REPORT.
WHAT STEPS CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST I.O?

Prosecution (Jail Term) i know that if a person is behind the bars he cant vote but as per the reading of the todays new paper DNA i ahve come across the subject that a abu salem has applied under RTI act, 2005 for a good behaviour certifiacte. So i would like to know that if a person is jail term than also his advocate or my self can apply to to RTI Act , 2005 for any kind of info as per the RTI Act, 2005. Also pls tell me if possible were it has been written that a person under a jail term can't apply under the rti act & can apply under the rti Act, 2005.

Perfect legal position required
MY QUESTION IS WHETHER THE J.M.F.C. IS NOT BOUND TO TAKE COGNIZANCE OF A PERSON MAKING COMPLAINT AGAINST THE TRUSTEES WHOSE NAMES ARE AS ON DATE APPEARING IN SCHEDULE-1 OF BOMBAY PUBLIC TRUST ACT, 1950 UNDER VARIOUS SECTIONS OF IPC, UNDER THE PRETEXT OR CLAIMING TO BE TREASURER OF THE TRUST. THE CHANGE REPORT IS PENDING AND THE ABOVE SAID TRUSTEES ARE CONTESTING THE MATTER AS OBJECTORS. WHETHER J.M.F.C OR THE JUDGE OF SEASONS COURT DO NOT HAVE POWER TO SEND THE DE FACTO COMPLAINANT TO JAIL. THE JUDGE ALSO ASKED THE DE FACTO COMPLAINANT TO SHOW THE DOCUMENTS TO ESTAABLISH HIS BONAFIDE AS THE TREASURER. THE DE FACTO COMPLAINANT DID NOT PRODUCE.
FURTHER THE HON'BLE JUSTICE OF BOMBAY HIGH COURT ALSO QUESTIONED THE RESPONDENTS ADVOCATE ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE ORIGINAL COMPLAINANT. FURTHER DIRECTED THE PETITIONERS ADVOCATE TO MAKE THE ORIGINAL COMPLAINANT AS PARTY TO THE PETITION AND AMEND THE PETITION TO THAT EFFECT. THE SAID DIRECTIONS WERE PERFORMED, THEREAFTER THE RULE IS MADE ABSOLUTE IN FAVOUR OF PETITIONER. NO LEGAL ACTION OR COGNIZNCE IS TKEN BY THE COURTS.
WHAT IS THE REMEDY?
