I am representing accused in complaint us 138 NI Act,on last date i filed exemption application due to absence of accused .Magistrate declined my request and cancelled bail bond and issued Non Bailable Warrant.Revision against this order is maintainable before sessions court or not.What is alternative remadies available to me.Kindly advice Thanks in advance

if your neibhour park his car in front of ur house which is l.i.g flats, already the gali is narrow even when a car is parked not even a ambulanace can enter in the society in case of emergency .please help to answer this query. can i ask for the help of traffic police for that.

If law cant force the brother, (who along with his wife , starved the sister,) to look after sister, then , isnt this the vaccum in the law , which gives the perpetrator an opportunity to get rid of THAT PARTICULAR SISTER OR PERSON , against whom firstly , as per plan, he indulges in Domestic Violence, and as per Vaccum in law, when complained agaist,simply abondons her as per his plan,without giving even a single rupee, while at the same time, still using all the assets of sister, residential, coomercial property, and which he had been using for last 15 years.
And unfortunatly,it is being left to the victim sister , to fight for her survival, her assets , money, and to get the perpetrators punished.
In our PATRIARCHIAL society, why women are supposed to fight for their rights, while male members enjoy all the assets, property, business , everything.
Is there any remedy for this???
Isnt this a negative bias towards women ???
Should the perperators of domestic violece be given out, which is acting as an incentive for perpetrators of Domestic Violence, to indulge in same, so that they can get rid of the sister , when they failed in eliminating her by starvation, or made to correct their mistakes ???????

Dear All,
Kindly enumerate with relevant sections and case law if any whether the security mechanism at Metro, Malls and Toll Road can detect, investigate, punish, impose and realise fine (monetary) and further the fine so realized shall liable to be remitted to public exchequer of becomes its own property.

Dear All,
Kindly suggest ways out for making the police investigation "HUMANE" I read that in west the police interviews and the investigation is separate and at the time of legal proceeding all these are clubbed together to siphon out the truth.
How the fear factor of aam aadmi qua the men in khakhi can be taken out and the attitude of authority within themselves can be changed for a better and safer tomorrow for all.

BUT DO NOT INFORM TO COURT
MY QUERY ARE:-
1. CAN POLICE REDUCE CHARGE
2. WHAT CAN WE DO FILE COMPLAIN OR WRIT IN H.C.
3. PLEASE SUGGEST BEST REMEDY FOR JUSTICE
