my sister in law i.e. my younger borther wife has made false allegation that all her jewelery and her household utilities utensils and her all cloth are kept with me but i never visited my brother house as he is living aprox 300 km from my village and further nothing a single niddle is with me but the court has issued process against me we all have filed reply giving full information to the court still court is nothing doing to discharge the allegations against me and my parents.
can i file complaint against her for malicious prosecution and perjury u/s 340 crpc?

a person got (safe) physical relation with his girlfriend. Now girlfriend is threating him for money and saying if he refuse then she will go to police and register FIR for rape against him. Is is possible that she got successful to register FIR for rape(the relation was safe and within 1 month with the consent of girl)

wife has given statement on oath that husband is earning rs. 35000/- per month and has taxable income,with the monthly demand of rs. 10000/- p.m.
however husband has his income tax returns showing net taxable income below rs. 100000/- per annuam.
whether the statement given on oath by wife will be charged under section 209 for dishonest claim with perjury with sect 200 of ipc which the statement which has been attempted to be used in judicial proceedings? both the sections reproduced below
Section 200. Using as true such declaration knowing it to be false
Whoever corruptly uses or attempts to use as true any such declaration, knowing the same to be false in any material point, shall be punished in the same manner as if he gave false evidence.
Explanation-A declaration which is inadmissible merely upon the ground of some informality, is a declaration within the meaning of sections 199 to 200.
Section 209. Dishonestly making false claim in Court
Whoever fraudulently or dishonestly, or with intent to injure or any person, makes in a Court of Justice any claim which he knows to be false, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, and shall also be liable to fine.

Can a wife withdraw application filed under Section 125 of CrPC and file fresh one if she desires? She has filed a case under section 125 CrPC. However, the framework is not proper and she is likely to loose the case. Hence, she is interested to withdraw and file fresh one.

I want to know whom can I complaint against a Magistrate.
A Magistrate is biased and is favouring opposite party. I have complained to Session Judge but he also ignored.
Whom can I complaint as I dont have any Lawyer and I am fighting my case of my own
Also I have written a letter to Chief Justice of High Court about this. Can I ask him about investigation details under RTI Act 2005.

My passport is about to expire and I need to get it renewed.
Q1. I dont want wife name to be displayed in passport. What to do?
Q2.What should I fill in the coloumn of Marital Status in Passport renewal form ?
If I put married then I have to write her name and if I say Single then its
giving wrong information.
