I have a cousin who lives abroad. She wants me to send her a duplicate copy of her marks sheet. She attended a regular govt girls college(DU) and passed in 1985. What is the procedure, can I go and get her marks sheet without any problems. Where should I go for this, her college or University.

If a case is instituted by a person on the basis of false evidence and even after objection raised by respondent the court pretermits the fact and allows the petition on the basis of an evidence/finding of a civil service matter and that finding too estabilishes the earlier evidence produced by that person to be false.
Does it raise a substantial question of law if we prefer an appeal before supreme court?

Can we pray to the single bench of high court for a certificate of fitness for appeal before supreme court, while the judgment is pronounced orally,in a CRL.M.M. case,?

Hello sir
I file a case in district consumer court due to non payment of Advance amount paid for site to Developer . The court in 2010 passed order in favour of me by directing the opposite party to refund the amount alongwith interest@18%.
Till date the opposite party have not paid be any amount. Further i think he has also not taken the order of the district consumer court. He is also ebsconding as he has closed his office and shifted his residence too.
1. Can any one suggest, what r legal remedies available to me in thiscase.
2.Can provide me the draft of Execution proceeding application
which is to be filed in the district court.
3.Any favourable judgements,if any in this case?
