Dear friends, Is Section 163(A), MV Act, 1988 applicable for the Petitioner who himself is injured and accused in criminal case due to driving his vehicle without statutory valid insurance and driving licence? wrong doer is one and the same of offender? any reported citation against this?

Sir,
I would like to ask one question about the jurisdiction of NIA 138.
I am writing the series of events and please guide me
1. I am living in one state say A. and dealing with someone in state B.
2. My bank account is in some other state B
3. My Cheque issued in favour of someone duly signed but without date is lost and the bank is informed about it and the confirmation received.
4. I do not keep the balance in my account for the sake of safety.
5 After some days the other party presents the cheque in his bank in the state B and his banker issues a insufficient fund memo( both the bank is common but branch is different).
6. I do not have any liabilty towards the other party.The other party artificially tries to create the liability
Please suggest me what is the jurisdiction courts (state A or satte B)of the NIA 138. and whether the NIA 138 is applicable on a lost cheque.
Please provide any judgement is support of your answer for help.

hello sir, My family in a critical condition, because of parish priest, we ran a shop from 1930 by our family which is owned by the church near to us now the parish priest crated illegal and duplicate agreement papers against us and threatening us to surrender the shop so I need your help

Is it essential to record the statement of accused in a criminal case by police or not?And if suppose police did not record the statement of accused, what it constitutes then?Though statement of accused to police is non-admittable in the court unless u/s 27 of Evidence act

My trial is starting in 498A case and along with me my mother/sister/ and father are co-accused.
My mother is old and I want to take exemption from personal appearence for her and my sister in court. Is it possible to get exemption from appearence.
If yes please let me know the procedure.

I’m female i need help, I got marry in 2009 my husband was a lawyer after marriage became MM judge still undergoing tanning. We did had arguments, and every time my parents were called 1st time when my parents came they apologies my in-law said it’s our son fault, he wants divorce on every issue he says i want divorce.
The same month he decided to take me out of matrimony house by saying sign the letter which my father in law had written we are going out on our will, we left the house in my father in law friend rented house. The same month on the pretext of shopping he took to police station that i don’t wish to be with her pleases take her.
My In laws never came to police station, I launched the dowry and harassment complaint against him and his parents, and his misconduct, for making me stand in police station.
In Oct he said he will come and take me back on one condition he wants me to withdraw this case by going to CWC which i did. He came again with police to take me back. My husband made me write in POLICE STATION that he is taking me back, against the wish of my parents.
Till 4months I was not allowed to speak to my parents, he made sure that I’m writing all this and giving it to him, which i did.
Jan 2010 he took to my parents’ house again on the wrong intention, and left me there i got head injury went to hospital got my medical done and with police went to my in laws house at night. My father in law we don’t her please take her back i don’t her, abused my father. My father in law filed a Defamation case against me and my parents.
In 2010 i was in my parents’ house he said if you want to live with me come and apologies my parents i went to my in law’s house to say SORRY they didn’t bother, wrote a letter for sorry they didn’t bother ,my husband said take public apology out in newspaper i did but they didn’t change.
I won the case again they file the case DEFAMATION AGAIN in the month of April on 8th April I got summon.
On 8th April 2010 my husband took me back in the rented house a new house on all the dates of court hearing my husband lawyer went and parent came with their own lawyer i said nothing on all the hearing but yes on the last hearing my lawyer said to judge that As a child and as a daughter in law if i have problem my husband i will surely go to my in laws house my intention was not defame tem. Again i won the DEFAMATION CASE.
After 4 months 2010 MY HUSBAND left me in the house without money i lost my job, for one month i kept requesting him to come but he was staying with his parents, and never came back, I had written a complaint to chief justice, nothing has happen.
Now again my husband wants to come back need help?
