I am getting unwanted calls and sms from my early friend.I told so many times .But still coming .How can i give complaint under cyberlaw? To whom ? Whether I want to file directly before Court or police?

My question is whether the credit card company file a case under section 420/406 IPC against the defaulter?
Even after passing of 7 long year from the default, when the debt it self is time barred?
Need seniors view on the point of law to tackle such a kind of case.
Any relevant case law citation in this matter?
Additional fact: Client wanted to pay the actual debt (without interest and penalty) long time back but the company refused to accept and settle the matter.

I teach foreign students online, using SKYPE or Google Talk etc. Recently I received a small payment of 3000 INR in my SBI Savings account. The money is transferred to my account directly by the student from his bank account (or if he deposits it directly in my SBI account at a SBI branch in his country) .
Whether for receiving such payment I have to take permission from any authority/RBI? or do I need to inform about it to any body? Whether receiving such money amounts to offense under any Act in India?
My total yearly income does not exceed 1,50,000/-

Respected sir,
Kindly send me judgements over , in case of confession no trail is required. If it is a cuse of sec. 193 of ipc it is good otherwise any case.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My wife had pregnant and my wife treatment under doctor from 9 month, after delivery she have Nimoniya and typhoid but doctor say everything is control don`t worry but after 3 day delivery she had expired in hospital. that time doctor call police for his safe & side. police pressure on me for postmortem. we already give TEHRIR in police station against doctor negligence. which is carbon copy also i have.
but three day after police me and my brother sent jail because doctor fill case against section 147/323/504/506/427
and police take no any action on our TEHRIR
Many person say to me for cross case against doctor but after this incident my confidence level break and i didn`t want to involve any case so our office colleague suggestion for compromise and i agreed. isiliye maine abhi tak koi cross case nahi kiya.
but when he go to doctor for compromise then doctor say IMA (Indian Medical association)involve in this case so if he say to sorry and give some rupees as penalty then i withdraw this case.
Dear Sir/madam My soul not to permission this.
so kindly give answer my some question.
1. Can i cross case on behalf of TEHRIR ??
2. Can i go to Consumer Court against
doctor negligence and what is % of
success ??
3. I m belong middle class family and i
have 4 month baby.
Cross case karne se kya fayda hoga ??

My lawyer is not letting me know the exact court attending dates when i am asking him to file petition.
i am looking to change him.
can you please let me know if i can approach local police station where case is lodged against me , and know the next court attending dates ? will this police station people keeping noting, following every court attending date ?

Hi All,
I'm a muslim, 27 years old. I got married last year in April. It was a love cum arranged marriage. My wife is from Lucknow and we were working in the same company in Delhi for past 4 years.
She had this psychological problem, thinking everybody was against her. Not just in office but in personal life,against me and my parents as well. A month back she filed a false case against me under sector 125 crpc, saying I divorced her and made her quit her job. She also mentioned that me and my family used to torture her for dowry.
We never took a single penny from her or her family but she made a false list of items saying I have kept these with me. She hardly stayed in Sasuraal for 5 days. She used to threaten and abuse my family without any reason. One day after an argument, she left for her parents house and filed the case against me. She now demands Rs 5000 as maintenance considering my salary which is 15000.
She abandoned me without any reason and is not willing to come back. I've tried talking to her, went her to bring back, but to no avail. She is now asking me to stay with him in Lucknow but I cannot due to my job and responsibilities.
I'm in no mood to pay her compensation. I have filed an RCR and an information act against me and my family coz i fear she might file 498 against us. She took away all the jewelery with her and the Nikahnama as well. She is saying I have given her Talaaq 3 times as per Shariah and her parents are her evidence.
Can court grant her maintenance and divorce according to Muslim law? I have not done anything wrong and willing to take her back but she is after my money.
What can be done if she is not willing to come back to me? What steps should I take against false maintenance and what should be done to avoid 498A? I have to appear before the court on Feb 28th. Is it necessary to appear before the court?
I'm in urgent need for an advice. Please HELP?

A complainant who complained to cbi in the mattter of corruption.
IN HIS COMPLAINT HE STATED THAT HE MET TWO GOVT EMPLOYEES ALONGWITH HIS ATTORNEY AND THEY DEMANDED FROM HIM A BRIBE.
IN HIS STATEMEENT GIVEN TO CBI SUBSEQUENTLY HE STATED THAT HIS ATTORNEY SPOKE TO THE GOVT EMPLOYEES IN REGIONAL LANGUAGE AND HE CONVEYED IT TO ME.
EXTRA JUDICIAL CONFESSION
IN THE MEDIA AND PRESS INTERVIEWS HE STQATED ANOTHER ATTORNEY NAMED SINGH SP0KE TO THOSE GOVT EMPLOYEES IN A REGIONAL LANGUAGE AND SINGH SAID DEAL IS FINALSIED
IN ANOTHER PRESS REPORT HE SAID: SINGH DEMANDED MONEY IN FRONT OF THOSE GOVT SERVANTS
I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER THIS EXTRA JUDICIAL CONFESSION CAN BE TAKEN AS AN EVIDENCE IN A COURT . SINCE HE IS TOTALLY LYING AND CANNOT EVEN SAY CORRECTLY WHO DEMANDED MONEY FROM HIM

498a false case
My wife left my house two years back and within six months of our marriage in 2009 Jan. In sep 2010 she filled a false case against us implicating my parents. All three got arrested and got bail in the first appearance. She has bought the police and the IO is on her side.he has filled a false chargeseet against us under sec 498a,406,325,34 ipc and dp 3 & 4 . In the chRgeseet IO has mentioned that he has taken statement from my 3 neighbors. But actually he never investigate the matter. All three are ready to appear in court in my favor. They are also ready to fill affidavit in court saying they have not given any statement and anything recorded in case is false and fabricated by police.
Can police do such a thing.? Is there anyway that I can file case against the police after their affidavit.?
Can I move high court for quasing of the case before trial.
