A part of consideration money (3 lakhs) for a house paid through bearer cheque, in advance to owner of house before execution of sale deed. After two months he refuse to sell the house and assured to refund money. In two years he refunded only 80 thousands. The details of date and refunded money is writen on a plain paper with signature of both parties. After that he denied the cheque and money. In this case, a photocopy of incashed bearer cheque certified by the bank and statement/entry of withdrawl of money by cheque (in the name of hose owner) in the passbook of cheque issuer and that plain paper may be treat as a sufficiant evidence in court to prove the transaction or not?

Just I have missed a judgment that " to order for Verification of bail bond is a bad practice, accused should be released after accepting of bail bond provisionally "

Dear Sir,
I am facing two false cases on me and my family members. The cases are DV & u/s 498A/406/34 ipc. I have certain query kindly suggest:
1) How to get Tata Prepaid Mobile call details and SMS details of my own Number? (I asked Customer Care Executive he was ready to provided me 6 months dialed Call details but i need upto 5yrs dialed as well received call details.)What is the legal procedure to get it? I have FIR copy with me will it help me.

Dear sir,
if wife has claimed jewellery what she has not brought only with her in marriage and presented fake bills.
Ques. can respondent lawyer appeal in the court to send summon the jewellery shopkeeper and call him along with his books where? and when? transaction of such jewellery happen.
provided:
if wife has mentioned in his application a huge amount expenditure in marriage and all this with aword that economic condition of the family was so sound that they fulfilled all demands.
Query: can we claim to present a copy of bank account of the families from which such a huge transaction happen only in one day?
repeat:
1) can court send summon to jewellery shopkeeper to present the details of jewellery transaction.
2) can we claim a copy of Bank account from which such a huge transaction done only in single day.marriage day?

CAW cell. Charge-sheets may not forwarded “To Court” by the ACP concern without having CRO Report in respect of the accused persons. What does this means? What is CRO report? CAW Cell is governed by which act. Whether it is applicable in State Of Maharashtra (Mumbai City)?
