Prison is certainly after conviction.

Prison is certainly after conviction the person is prisoned. In Jail, both under trials and convicts can be detained. Case on it give me . If i am right so there is a lot of difference between Jail & Prison right.

Below the SP permission required .

If CBI say that he want the help of any police officer (below the level of SP) than that police officer has to take prior permission form the SP in written or not? any case which say that permission is required another wise it will code of conduct in the services.

Maxims (Law of Torts)

Explain the maxims 'injuria sine damno' and damnum sine injuria'. Which of them does or does not give a right of action?

Attestation of document

I think my earlier query has not been properly understood or may be I have erred to put it in proper form.
To my mind any document which is available in the official record and on which action has been taken in a Government office, becomes and official document and attaching an attested or true copy of that document as a supporting document cannot be termed as a criminal act even though the author of the document is not known to the officer attesting the document. Further the author of the document has also admitted in a separate court in the lower court of having submitted the document.
Now please render your opinion as to whether the attestation of an official document was wrong? I shall be grateful if the opinion is supported by any authority.

False Case of SC/ST Act

Sir/ Mam,

There was some construction going on on the back side of my house. I asked MDDA to investigate the matter whether the construction is legal or not. The MDDA officials investigated the matter and found out that the construction that was going on was illegal. Due to this the commanded a stay order of the construction and also levied a penalty of Rs. 10000 on them. On being fined my neighbors told me that they will sue me for false cases under SC/ST act, and they also did the same. What can I do to come out of this problem. I didnt even spoke a word to them but still they gave a false complaint to the police officials.
