Parents and siblings facing arrest - 498A

Since I am abroad, my wife filed 498A against my Father, Mother and two sisters. They applied for anticipatory bail at the district court and it's denied today. And my wife's uncle is a retired IPS officer, and he is forcing the current SP for arrest my family immediately before we apply for bail in High court on Monday. If in case local police arrest my family, are they able to apply for bail again, and what are the chances of bail granting. Our advocate said, my wife's uncle using all his connections to arrest us. Please help us and advice in this critical situation. Thanks.

\IPC SEC 70 application thereof

US 138 of NIA against the dishonored cheque I was awarded compansation . The accused was also sentenced for three month imprisionment . The accussed is in imprision , but he the compasation so ordered is not recoverable from him . So pl send your opinion that sec 70 of IPC, for the unpaid amount , will work to procecute the accused for his defiance to the order of court ???????????????????????????????????????
WILL ACTION INTHIS SEC WOULD BE MORE EFFECTIVE AND EASY THAN TO SEC 421 OF CRPC & EXECUTION PETION //////?????????????????

Prosecution.

Prosecution has to prove its case first. With their evidence & there is defence evidence if any. There after argument and then judgment. Is there any section or guidelines prevail or says that the above mention ed lines. Why Prosecution has to prove its case first. With their evidence & there is defence evidence if any?

Thanks
