look v have an educational consultancy bussiness.
we are going to take authorization of 5 universities to start admission for distance education.
so universities is asking registration of ur company or firm (any registeration }
what is the process of registartion of educational bussiness
we have partnership firm.... yes we have partneship deed, rent agreement, pan card

Hi,
We are planning to start a new business in India . I have some queries :
1. Which type of entity should be formed.
either a company or proprietary business
2. currently we are NRI. Can NRI form a Company?How many directors are required
3. Is proprietary business required to be registered?
4. What will be more beneficial whether to start business as Proprietary concern or Company
5. Can a partnership be started if one of the partner is NRI
6. What is the registration procedure for forming Company, partnership or proprietary concern
Can any lawyers firm help in registering business entity

1.can a registered partnership firm give loan to a partner's individual business?
2. is it required to be mentioned in the object clause of the registered partnership firm's object clause?
3. If it is not mentioned in the object clause, what is the legal implicationa and does it any how effects lender's rights aganist the regisytered firm?

muthoot finance is providing fixed deposite scheme in various attractive intrest rates. Recently a order was issued by RBI that muthoot fincorp can't accept the deposite any more from public.
now, i want to ask it is safe to make deposite in muthoot finance co.?
second ques, If guideline is issued by rbi to muthoot fincorp of not accepting deposite then it is not seems that it also applicable on Muthoot finance co because both are NBFC co. and last thing is in consideration of fixed deposite they issue debenture certificate which i want to know whether it is form of public deposite and if yes they are providing very high rate of intrest which is not payable by one one within the country. please guide me the solution for this.

In a sub-license agreement whether sub-licensee shall be made responsible/ accountable for his all obligations to sub-licensor or principal licensor or both?

Regarding company deposits
Dear All,
I have invested in real estate company, who had promised that they are in the process of listing their company on BSE.
Based on the promise made, I have invested close to Rs. 50000 and have pruchased 8500 units in Jan 2008.
After that I got the cheque from the comapny informing that the interest has been paid to all the share holders for 2007 - 2008, so in my case i got the interest for 3 month (jan, feb and March 2008).
However after that I have not received any communication from the comapny and there is no clearity regarding the listing of the company. already 4 years has passed.
I have been in touch with the company but they are giving some vauge reason for not listing the company and also not sending the interest. I wanted to know whether the company can legally do this to the general public by taking the money.
How I can get the money back from the company ?
Is there a way out ?
