Arbitration Proceeding :
Bank Received Notice & Statement of Claim.
Bank did not come. Exparte Award Passed.
Sent Demand Notice along with Award to The Bank.
Received by "The Bank".
Reply given by "The Bank" was not satisfactory.
In a connected case The Bank refused that it has Received Any Notice, Statement of Claim, Demand Notice & Copy of The Award (in it's written reply).
My Questions :
1). Isn't Misleading the Court is a Fraud ?
2). What can Mr. X do to get his money from the Bank ?
3). What action Mr. X can take against The Bank ? As it was a huge amount & due to non payment from The Bank, His business has been ruined. He has to sell his car, property & everything of owned. He had suffered a huge loss as well harassment from the market.

Please suggest that when a status of a party to agreement changes from partnership firm to company.what should be done in this case?Means to execute addendum or take a declaration on letterhead or anything else can be done.

I am working in PSU under ministry of railway. I got my transfer order from corporate office on 2 Nov 2016 but my regional HR head not reliving me yet.
This is my second transfer order from corporate office. First order is also not executed. I am suffering from lot of family problem my father (65y)is suffering from heart problem / mother(62y) suffering from arthritis and my is alone to take care of them. She has seven months pregnancy. And I am only son.
In Jan I submitted my reliving request to my CGM but after 6 months I not get any single information. I tried to meet him 2 times but he not meet me
I am posted approx 3000km far from my home town.I completed my 4 years of service in this organization

if a company had stuck off due to non filing of necessary document with ROC,.Now there is a land in the ownership of company but the land purchase by one of director on the behalf of company.how can the land being disposed and if not then what is the legal procedure to acquire the land .

What would be the recourse in case a company was started for one project and a loan under CGTMSE was taken to complete it? The project didn't succeed and the loan went bad. Now the bank has claimed insurance and we want to close the company but a charge under ROC has been created by the bank. Please suggest how to go ahead.

RESPECTED EXPERTS,
As a director of pvt ltd co we need to fire 2 of our employees.
At the time of joining we have provided a simple offer letter on letter head of co.
Is there any legal consequences in dis?
We need a sample agreement between employee and co where the terms/conditions of employment like salary increment, incentives, bonus, cessation, resignation, notice period, non disclosure policy etc are mentioned.
We also need a sample agreement of non disclosure of info to others and use for personal purpose after discontinuation of job.
We need it in urgent basis.
It is my humble request to all experts to pls help me in dis matter.

Sir,
I had applied for IDBI,HBA. IDBI manager has asked my employment confirmation to my Employer (Central Govt PSU ).Since no response from employer, HBA loan is not sanctioned and my agreement with Party is not successful and House Seller is not agreed to payback Rs. 5 lakhs as advance paid by me. Now My Employer is giving the statement that it is no Obligation to response the IDBI and it is your Personal Loan even though I had given prior intimation to HR regarding Purchasing of Immovable property as per conduct rules.Is it, there is no obligation to response to Bankers in respect of HBA introduced by Govt. by certain Public servant (HR SECTION) ?.
