Respected sir ,
I started to pursue engineering in session 2014-17 through lateral entry after diploma.in 2015 I have taken admission in ignou for 3 year b.a. program having session 2018.but in jan 2017 I discontinued my b.tech due to financial issue and hence not get the degree.but completed b.a. course in 2018 successfully .recently I came to know that according to ugc it is not valid to do 2 degrees at the same time either from regular or distant mode.can this provision effect my b.a degree validity.? if it is so then I have not completed my b.tech sir and I also become unable to use my b.a degree.plz help me sir and give your legal advice so that I can feel the relief.thank you

i am a commerce graduate pursuing cs course known as company secretary course which generally deals with law and its applications. While studying i learnt the fact that with this cs course LLB degree would be very beneficial to work as a legal expert.
So please can someone kindly send me some details to pursue LLB degree within minimum amount of time and currently i stay in Mumbai, Maharashtra. So i just need to know the details about the whole course with prescribed fees, exam and time.

There's my owner who constantly tries to degrade us by calling us 'adivashi'. She some how or the other abuses, using phrases like ' jungli hain, jungle se aai hain ' and all sort of nonsense. She is not much educated but her husband is a lawyer who ignores her activities. Belonging to a lower class she puts on rules that are completely ridiculous. Can I file a case against her?

WHAT EXAM TO BE GIVEN TO BECOME A REGISTERED DEED WRITER IN WEST BENGAL AND WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES TO GIVE EXAM. CURRENTLY I AM PURSUING COMPANY SECRETARY COURSE AND I WISH TO BECOME A OFFICER IN REGISTRY OFFICE, WHERE I COULD BECOME A DEED WRITER DRAFT AFFIDAVIT AND DO ALL LAND RELATED WORKS SUCH AS MUTATION, CONVERSION OF LAND AND REGISTERING OF LAND UNDER WBLR ACT .
SO WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO BECOME SUCH OFFICER IN WEST BENGAL.

This is something new query.
I did my MBBS from mumbai where I signed a service bond, but after completing my MBBS I went for my post graduation in other state. And I had signed a 3 yr service bond for PG in this state also.
Maharashtra govt gave a period of 6 years to complete PG. now I have completed my post graduation and want to know that by law n rules which service bond I should complete first ?

is any BCI rule or notification on this? If LLB graduate, after becoming advocate, can he work as a Patent agent ( Patent Act -1970, u/s 125 ) and Advocate?

Regarding discontinued degree
respected sir,
I want to know that it is necessary to mention the details of discontinued degree as a qualification in the educational qualification from 10th onwards section of attestation form in government job.
