WORSE NONE OF THIER DEGREES ARE ACCREDITED BY THE RESPECTIVE REGULATORY COUNCILS BODIES AND THEY ARE OPERATING AS PER THERE WISH COMMERCIALISING EDUCATION AS A BUSINESS AND MISUSING ITS POWER OF EDUCATION.MY SISTER APPLIED FOR IMMIGRATION TO UK AFTER COMPLETING HER BBA-IB DEGREE ANDF THEY TOLD HER THAT SHE COULD NOT MIGRATE AS THE UNIVERSITY IS NOT RECOGNISED AS PER THERE LAWS AND VIEWS.PLEASE BEWARE OF PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES LIKE EVEN IIPM WHO HAVE FOUND NEW SITE LIKE WWW.IIPMSCAM.COM .
ALL THE OTHER STUDENTS I KNOW THERE COMPLAINED THAT EVEN IN BBA-3 CONTINENT AMITY UNIVERSITY NOIDA GIVES ADDS LIKE 3 MOTTHNS IN USA AND 3 MOTHNS IN UK BUT THEN CHANGE IT TO 15 DAYS IN UK N 15 DAYS IN USA AND TAKE A HEFTY 5200 USD IN SPONSORED CATEGORY FROM STUDENTS WHO ARE WEAK IN THIER STUDIES N HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN TO DO THIER STUDIES WITH AMITY UNIVERSITY NOIDA WHICH IS CLEARLY A NON RECOGNISED AND LEGALLY MAJORLY DIDPUTED UNIVERSITY AT THE MOMENT DUE TO HEAVE GOVT PRESSURE ON THE VIOLATION OF RULES.
MY MOTHER IS AN EDUCATIONAL COUNSELLOR AND A MEMBER OF BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA LAW.ALSO MY FATHER IS A ADVOCATE IN SUPREME COURT SO WE KNOW THE REALITY BEHIND PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS LIKE AMITY AS STUDENTS ARE TRAPPED AND TEMPTED TO GO FOR SUCH DEGREE BUT LATER ONLY THEY FACE ANXIETY AS NEITHER AMITY UNIVERSITY NOIDA IS ALLOWED TO AWARD DEGREES N IS NOWAY FULLY RECOGNISED AND THESE UNIV ARE OPERATING AUTONOMOUSLY.

I would like to know the case No. of below mention case.
( The court of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Tis Hazari on Friday allowed the Delhi Police to take voice samples of Shanti Bhushan, Mulayam Singh Yadav and Amar Singh to help them with the probe into Bhushan’s complaint about a CD purportedly containing telephone conversation between him and Yadav. Former Union minister and senior advocate Bhushan had complained that the CD was fabricated to defame him.
On Friday, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Vinod Yadav accepted the Delhi Police plea for securing voice samples to ascertain the motive behind creating the CD. “In my considered opinion, the present application filed by the investigation agency, is liable to be allowed as securing the voice sample of the aforesaid persons is very vital for further progress of investigation in the matter,” the magistrate said.
The court also allowed the Special Cell of the Delhi Police to get the voice samples of any other person having bearing in preparation of the CD.
Bhushan has maintained that the CD was fabricated to derail the Lokpal movement, of which he is a part along with son Prashant Bhushan.
He had objected to the closure report filed by the Special Cell of the Delhi Police in the matter, after which the court ordered further investigation into the case, including the motive for making the CD. In the closure report, the police had said that the offence of forgery could not be proved.)

Dear Experts,
I seek your advice on the issue of Date of birth correction.
The date of birth entered by us at the time of primary schooling which has been carried out till the last of the education. Accordingly, the DOB has been taken in the school leaving certificate as 31.03.1991, is different from Corporation issued (31.08.1990)certificate. We have got it rectified in the State Gazette. It is very difficult to get it changed in the CBSE records and X th marks with corrected version of DOB as 5years set time period is over after completion of Xth Std. Another problem is upto Xth std. we changed three schools.It is becoming a great task to get corrected in all the schools records. Now my child has completed her graduation. Till now we have not paid much attention. Now every where both are required for getting any document to be made like passport, driving license, etc. Not only this, even If my child wants to pursue higher education in the overseas both the certificates are required, wherein the DOB are is different.
In this situation, I want your guidance to proceed ahead. How to nullify the Xth marks list where DOB is different from the corporation issued certificate. We want the records should be made alright so that further problems do not arise. In the net, there are several cases I find, but I have not seen any solutions mentioned by the clients. Is there any way? please suggest.

2. CAN A SCHOOL DOUBLEL OAD STUDENTS WITH STUDY OF STD. IX & X TOGETHER?
3.IS IT NOT VIOLATION OF PRESCRIBED GOVERNMENT SYLLABUS FOR STD IX STUDENTS?

I HAD TAKEN ADMISSION IN ENG. COLLEGE IN BANGLORE,BUT AFTER FEW MONTHS I FELT SICK DUE TO JAUNDICE AND SINUS. I WAS UNABLE TO STAY ALONE IN BANGLORE,SO I LEFT THE COLLEGE. I HAVE PAID ALL THE FEES FOR THE FIRST YEAR AND SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS. AFTER LEAVING COLLEGE NOW WHEN I AM ASKING THEM FOR MY DOCUMENT THEY R NOT GIVING IT BACK. THEY R TELLING I HAVE TO PAY FEES FOR ALL 4 YRS. THEN ONLY I WILL GET IT BACK. AS MY DOC. ARE NOT WITH ME I CANT DO ANY THING. WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE IN THIS CASE, PLEASE SUGGEST

Change of house regisration
I'm Julius Quadros from Goa. My grandfather and my grandmother died some years before leaving behind our house registered on his name. He had 2 sons and 2 daughters. His daughters are married and has got their own houses. Among the brothers, one has his own house in Goa who died 2years back and his family is settled in USA and the other is my dad who along with my mom and me live in this grandfather's house. One of the uncle (grandfather's son-in-law) also died some years back. All have their own houses, except we, who live in the house whose house and tax is registered on the name of my grandfather. What should we do to transfer it on to my father's name?
