Hi Sir/Madam
My age is 26, I done my graduation in Commerce at the age of 22nd , I m willing to be Corporate Legal professional, can any one suggest me is LLB have any specialization in corporate regulation. I also wanted to know the regular LLB lecture classes timing in Mumbai Law Colleges, I am working professional I cant loose my work , at the same time I want do my LLB.
Also like to know procedure & eligibility to get admission in Mumbai Law College for LLB.

If suppose Banx XYZ has ABC consumer from 2011 & still today bank doesnot provided passbook to him or in his hand is it a defficiency in service or not.

good mrng sir,i have BC-E certificate and i cleared SBI associate banks written exam in OBC category in which i applied for SBH bank from Andhra Pradesh state. now my frnds saying that u r muslium(shaik) so u will come under OC not OBC.But i have seen the OBC list of AP state in that SHAIK is there in list.My doudt is i appied for AP state in which SHAIK comes under OBC category and so i want to know is my BC-E certificate valid for attending interview under OBC or not..
pls tell me know the answer sir. i need ur guideness

I went to sbh bank with my friend. My friend is an illiterate person so I went to help him in filling the form. so one thing i cant understand about the form so I asked with an employee of the bank so he started misbehaving with me telling me is that your form let him fill the form why are you interfering. so i want to learn him a lesson can you please tell me the way according to law. please give me the answer. Hi ,i am residing in mumbai with my husband.i am applying for banking job.my parents are from rajasthan.my father is working as a school lecturer(gazetted officer).he will retire in month of october .my in laws are from UP.my caste is jat.rajasthan jat is included in central list of OBC ,But jat from up are not.i want to make my OBC certificate,so that i can apply as a obc candidate.
(1) where should i get caste certificate, in fathers place or husbands place.(2)is there difference between caste and OBC certificate.if yes ,where should i get obc certificate and what is the procedure (3) the officials at fathers place deny issuing of OBC certificate saying she has moved to other place after marriage and so they cant issue, what to do? .please help
