Hello sir,
I have completed my TYBCOM and i would like to join LLB in Mumbai College would it be possible to Join to Law after my TY in Commerce????
Next is if not can i make my carrier in Taxation??? What should i join in Taxation Field?? What are the courses in Taxation and the duration??
I am very much confuse in Both What to do and what not??? I am interested in both.

what legal action i can take against my institute which is not providing and delaying the distribution of scholarship for students pursuing a post graduate programme, even MHRD had allocated and transferred the funds to them for the above purpose, just because of poor management and flawed work culture we are suffering. The management of the postgraduate scholarship/assistantship is the responsibility of the admitting institution. But if the institution is not complying is there any law to protect us.

sir,, i am planning to do my mba from canada, for that i need 7.5 lakhs as fees for course and i have to show 5.5 lakhs in my account for 1 year which is withdrawable after 1 year, currently i am not having any collateral security to give,,so can i get a loan of 13 lakhs without collateral security..tell me any possibility of getting the amount?????

Give me suggetion in this matter. CAN I FILE A CASE AGAINST UNIVERSITY FOR SOME RELIEF?
1. one of student ws in 3rd year of LLB. On his sem-5 exam of llb, held in december 2012 paper of Inerpretation of Statute, by mistake he took his answersheet without submitting to superwiser out of exam premises due to illness, it ws unintetional act done by him due to sleep deprevation and anexity. He didnot open his bag after cuming home from exam that day and took rest at home.
2. On nxt day in early morning he came to know that answersheet in his bag, at that tym he went to center and submitted that answersheet honestly.
3. At end of December month he called by UNFAIR MEANS COMMITEE (UFC) by SHOW CAUSE NOTICE.
He attended that meeting and admitted the mistake done by him. he had not done any kind of addition as well as alteration in that answersheet. After heard by UFC they took very harsh decesion under ORDINANCE 5050 of MUMBAI UNIVERSITY RULES, as they took decison as follws:
"performance of sem-5 null and void, Rs. 300 fine as well as they debarred that student for for one year, and unfortunatly he'll give his sem-5 and sem-6 in April 2014."
4. He submitted in his defence his SSC, HSC, TYB.COM certificates as he hold FIRST CLASS in all this acdemaic year and he has not a single ATKT in his previous sem-1 to sem 4 of LLB. As this is question of his carrier.
PLEASE HELP ME TO SUGGEST THAT STUDENT THAT , CAN HE FILE A WRIT PETITION AGAINST MUMBAI UNIVERSITY FOR SOME RELIEF?
PLEASE SUGGEST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, IT WILL BE VERY HELPFUL FOR ME......

I have to apply in an University at USA for my Post Graduation. There is a suffix "Kumar" at my name in my Passport and in all other documents, there is not any suffix.

Fraud agency
Hello. I am an applicant to Canada for bechelors program and I was consulting with this agency to secure admissions to the list of universities I provided them. I paid the application fees of the universities which are easily around 200 CAD. I provided them with all documents and my admission was supposed to be for theJanuary intake but it was postponed for the May intake. And I still havent secured my offer letter. They have been giving me expenses and I cleared it all. Totally I paid them an amount of more than 50000 rupees. I have been cautious about their motives and suspected they were lying but recently they told me that send in my TOEFL scores on behalf of me and that I need to pay in that charge. I realized that since my toefl rxam was ibt, my scorr can only be sent in by logging into my ets account the credentials to which they do not have. I immediately mailed in at Vancouver island university and University of Manitoba and learned that my application was never submitted and that tjere is no application history under my name. The director of that agency previously told me that my application was submitted 3 months back and then that University of Manitona rejected me when I clearly know that I am completely eligible there. For Vancouver Island university they have not yet replied and now they are saying that I will get in for the september intake. They are just delaying it. I have all the mails from the university and the mails the director send me about VIU. However he did not sent in a single mail about the University of Manitoba.
What can I do here? I want to make them pay and ensure thay they never do anything like thst to another student. I also want my money back. I can get the evidence by recording his conversation about my rejection from Manitona and no replies fom VIU on my phone. Can I register an F.I.R for this at the nearest police station with the evidence once I secure them? Please suggest!!
It happened in India at Ahmedabad. $200 CAD was per university and it was more than 50000 indian rupees including their consultancy charges and mailing charge which were also paid by me which apparently were not done.
I scored a TOEFL score of 105 and a high school GPA of 7.5 whcih as per the eligibility criteria were fulfilled for Manitoba as well as other universities.
