Student takes admission to a degree course in College X under Y University at Z state.
Unable to cope with the climatic conditions due to his medical and health conditions, student quits the course without informing the college in the First year itself.
Was admitted to hospital near the college and also at his native couple of times and have records for it.
Original school certificates with College.
College admission authorities want the Student to pay the full 3 year fee. They won't allow any concession and won't give the originals submitted unless all fee is paid.
Student's family not financially sound. Boy dropped out before even applying for educational loan for his studies. Since already a year has been lost and to take admission to some degree course in his native place for the coming academic year, original certificates required.
The admission to the course of College X was spot admission by paying admission fee only( around a tenth of the total course fee). There were several seats left for the course and the admission was not full.
Dont have any records for the certificates being with the college.
Have receipts for admission fee and college ID card.
What can be done to get the original certificates back.
Is it legal for the college to hold the originals.
How should the family proceed so as to get the originals and to ensure that the student's future is not affected.

I am a Videographer My age is 44 years I passed B.Sc.,(Psychology),M.A. (C.C&E) .My ambition is become a Lawer, But I am a family man my son is studyine B.E.,(2 ND Year),my daughter is studying +2.
So, how can study Law in reqular courese ...Because my attence of class is only for some days..
Help me to where to join the college where attendance is not needed...I Need help...

Respected Sir/Madam,
i have 44% in my T Y B.COM therefore i m not eligible to get admission in LLB.but i m doing PART TIME MBA(FINANCE)from on of the college of borivali(Mumbai).one person was tell me MBA is post graduate degree and u can do LLB based on my MBA percentage.
then can i get admission on my PART TIME MBA marks basis.if i get admission on my MBA marks then how much marks i need in my MBA.
plz guide me it is possible or not...thank you.

sir my sister could not able to appear for MA exam in may 2013 just because she received examination form after one month of due date.
she continously asked with rashbehari centre of kolkata about the examination fee and form but they told that it will be given by post and check website for the same. the kolkata centre's contact number provided by the centre is of no work as it always keep in out of service. she lose her 1 year due to the negligence of centre in-charge.

sir, i am student of bachelao of engineering and i am in 7 semester.i have doesnt scored good marks yet bt i have deep knowledges about subjects.uptil i have total 4 backs bt i am cleared this.and i think i cant scored more than 65% in aggregate.so i want to know that whats the best for me to have a bright fututre.

I seek your advice on the issue of Date of birth correction.The date of birth entered by us at the time of primary schooling which has been carried out till the last of the education is 10-05-1990.i.e. my tenth cbse certificate's DOB is 10-05-1990.but my original DOB is 15-09-1989,i.e. as per the birth certificate issued by the panchayat. since this different DOB has become problem for my dream of higher education in abroad, I want your guidance to proceed ahead. How to change the DOB in CBSE Xth marks list.(changing from 10-05- 1990 to 15-09-1989(panchayat issued certificate)) please suggest?

Obc certificate
Dear Sirs/ Ma'am, We belong to kalar cast of UP which falls under CENTRAL LIST OF OTHER BACKWARD CLASSES of UP and my annual income is approx. Rs 4,10.000.00, I have got an OBC Non Creamy Layer Certificate for my son from my District Magistrate, do we also require any National OBC Certificate or the certificate from my state is sufficient. Please answer this query as top priority, as within few days we have to submit the documents for his admission in NIFT.
