Legal Validity of the ll.b degree

Sir, I am a permanent primary school teacher in a state govt. undertaking govt.primary school. But want to go for the higher studies in law and I have taken admission in a full time 3yr, ll.b degree and have submitted my all supporting documents of my employment to the university. And I ask for a 'no objection certificate' from my employer but did not get the 'noc'. But I am continuing the full time ll.b course by taking all the valid leaves i.e. C.L/without pay leave. And my attendance for the class is perfect and regular.
My question is that after getting this 3yr, full time, ll.b degree, in future can I register my degree in the Bar Council of India as an advocate, if I resign from my job at that time? And at that time can I go for the judicial exam or any other law based exam for govt. Job? And is there any chance to face any legal problem on the matter of this degree, if so, what should I need to do at that time?
Please, help...

College not returning my documents

Sub: Need my documents back/ Harassment by college authorities.
After completing my graduation , I took admission in the year 2012 in MCA (Masters Of Computer Application) in a college which comes under Mumbai university. I have paid the full fees of 1st year in advance and had submitted my original documents in that college also but unfortunately after 1st year I was not keeping well (health related issues), and my mother was also diagnosed with severe abdominal infection. In order to take care of her , I had to give time to her. I told my college authorities about this but they were less concerned about all this. I also asked them to give my documents back as I want to discontinue but they did not gave it back. They always gave me false excuses like "no body is there at present in college to take up your issue and all"..."you need to talk to director".. I took my mother to our home place gujarat so that she can recover fast there as things are easy to manage here. I again appeared for entrance exams for PG course and got satisfied score also in the year 2014 but as I don't have my original documents with me . my one year got wasted. Till now I don't have my documents with me (which actually is the property of student). If I don't get my documents this year also , one more year will get wasted. I am in big trouble. Please tell me what to do now and how I can take my documents back from college??

Fees of rs 25000 charged from retired persons for registration with b ar council of maharashtra & go

it is learnt that Bar council Of Maharashtra & goa charges Rs. 25000/in addition to the Registration fees for registration as an advocate for persons over 50 years of age or retired persons.

In every
professional field the practitioners are registered to practice without any additional charges irrespective of their age,why the additional charges are imposed on retired or persons over 50 years of age?Whether similar amounts are charged for registration as advocate for persons over 50 years, by all the Bar Councils across the country?
