i live wb. I applied online for obc certificate before 5 months. But couldnt submit it to the office. Whether I should apply again or i should use the same appplication because it says form will be cancelled within 2 months. Please let me know what shouldvi do.

Hi Experts,
I am pursuing my MBA through distance education from Sikkim manipal university -DE .I got admitted to the course in March 2015 and I am in second semester now.
Unfortunately, Now there are many issues going on with the recognition of the university for providing distance education and the university has stopped new admissions.

Can you please explain in simple terms whether my degree will be valid , UGC recognized ?
Is it worth to continue next 2 semesters in Smude or to drop this and go for any other university ?

Dear sir,
This is Sahadev Bade, I applied a job in Maharashtra State government and fortunately I got selected for the same. But I realised that there is a minor mistake in my cast certificate where Sahadeo Bade is mentioned on Cast certificate instead of Sahadev Bade and cast validity also done with the same name i.e Sahadeo Bade. under this situation what should I do, I prepared Affidavit and Gazzate as well in advance as a precaution. But I still afraid if they refuse to accept this then what should I do??.
kindly suggest me a better solution and guidance is required!

Sir i have sign a bond service of 5years after completing my mbbs.now i want to study for my entrance exam to go for higher studies.Is there anyway i can go for my studies without paying bond break money which is 30 lac.which i am not able to pay right now.plz help

If a student is doing a masters course regular from Mumbai university then will it be legal for the student to do another masters course in correspondence from some other university like annamalai .
Is there a limitation on how many distance courses a student can take along with a regular course.

Sir currently I am doing training in bsf from past 3 month and I have been selected in central govt again in same grade pay 4200 in cisf.How can I resign without paying or pay protection.Sir whether I can apply for technical resign or some other method so that I would'nt have to pay my training charges nd save my money.Plzzz give ur valuable suggestion.Thanks in advance
