HON'BLE PRIME MINISTER expressed concern thyat trns border terrorism is greatest threat to our country. the terroristds intrude by sea and water usng radio transmitters. this helps terrorists evade detection. if radios are made banned by international law and communication is done only by alternative mode like mobile phone through sattelites can we expect a better result?

The question that i would like to ask is as follow:
Mr Apikumar has bought a fire insurance policy to cover the fire risk of his paint manufacturing factory. A week later, a fire broke out and destroyed his factory. He now seeks for compensation. However, after 2 months of investigation, the insurance company found out that Mr Apikumar has failed to disclose certain information i.e that he had stored numerous petrol and firecrackers inside one of the factory's storeroom. The issue arise is whether the non-disclosure will cause the contract become void. Whether it is reasonable to store petrol especially firecrackers inside a paint manufacturing factory. Can you tell me what should i focus on in this question because there is not much cases that support the situation.

I am final year MBBS student but more interested in LLB/law? so please asnwer my doubts
1. What options are available in doing LLB after MBBS, i.e. the duration of course, the college/universities/institute offering same etc, and any other knowledge that would be useful to me?
2. What if I acquint my self with the knowledge without doing certified course, can I still argue my cases?
3. How much is earning in such field?

I am a student studying in 12th std. I wish to apply for CLAT 2010. Can you tell me when can i enrol for it? Can i buy the study material for CLAT now? Where can i buy it from? Also, I am giving CPT next year. I am very good in academics. I have a query : I am sure I'll score well in both exams. So if i get selected for admission at the NLSIU, should i take admission in it or should i continue to do CA. Which career is more financially rewarding?? Please reply to me at the earliest. Open University Post Graduation
There are around 2000 Advocates in the court and also in Supreme court who got their Post Graduate degree through open University and studied law and practising as advocates.
if yo go further there may be judges too who might have retired by now!
There are more than 10,000 officers holding these degrees and occupying the seats.
As per Government of Tamil nadu order of Recognition
Letter No 94873/H1/91-1 Education (HI) Department dated 17th Dec 1991 quotes that since the Annamalai University is recognised by the UGC and hence the degrees awarded by the university is automatically recognised by the Government.
Again in its letter No 11698 /R/91-1 dated 29th Feb 1997, the same Education Department confirmed that the Post Graduate degrees awarded by the Annamalai University under open University system is recognized.
Based on this Annamalai University offered various Open University, there were millions of people admitted and appeared for the exam. And most of the bank staffs also got through.
Now my question is when this Government of Tamil Nadu recognized this P.G., how the UGC can disqualify the PG offered under open university is UN valid?
Does the Government and the Annamalai University had any under table understanding?
Now what is the future of these students who wasted two years with money? Now they are on streets.
The supreme court should first analyst the side effects and tell the students a remedy who had completed the PG under open University.
Will the Chief Justice and Education Department come forward?
