A suit for redemption of a mortgaged property is filed..and the principal amount secured was Rs 70000...
so what will be the court fees on dis subject matter..?
as according to the table provided under court fees act,1870 ,the amt of court fees should b Rs 1275..but d ans provided in d book is Rs 3027.20..
Can u plz explain d calculation..plz...

Few months ago someone lodged a false FIR on me for to enter in his house and fighting and all but in investigation.. police found that nothing happened so they put an FIR on that.. so my question iam a civil service aspirant .. and in the attestation form of upsc there is a question that " have you ever been prosecuted" yes or no..... what it means and will this FIR affect my career... reply as soon as possible.

What is the law against pvt unaided school/classes humiliate insult students not paying fees. Any regulations from maharashtra or central board or education ministry to take over all school.

I am in my 3rd year of my BA LLB and wish to do i summer internship(at Delhi) under some criminal lawyer. I even emailed my Cv and covering letter to few lawyers but has not received any confirmation. Provided that i don't have any contacts or legal background, I don't know what to do. Help...

I am regular degree second year student.I want to join a distant/private/open degree from an another university now.If I doso.I will pass my 4 year regular degree and 3 year distant/private/open degree in. same year.
Is there any law problems in this?Is there any university allowing two degreea st a time otherthan dual degree/multiple main programmes?
What is the stand of UGC? Have ugc given final approval for two degrees at same time?
Is there any court orders regarding this?
