I recently gave an interview in FOOD CORPORATION OF INDIA(Govt. Organization) for the manager post.After declaration of final result I filed a RTI application to know the marks(both in written EXAM. and Interview) of all selected candidates. But one month passed , F.C.I did not respond to my application. Now I do not want to appeal because it will take next 30 days and within this period joining of selected candidates may be possible.In my view, final selection was not fair. So, I want to know whether I can get stay order on joining of selected candidates from High court until FCI make the whole picture cleared. What is the process for getting stay order and How much legal fees I have to pay for this. Pl. reply to my query as early as possible.

Hello,
My name is Avinash, I have completed my M.tech. In all my academic certificates my father name is printed as "Basavaraj H B", but his name is "Basavaraj H H". this is due to my fault, i.e. in 7th std school teacher had given me to fill up the form, which i filled wrongly. now i applied for passport and I couldn't correct it. Any solution so that I could correct my father name in all my academic certificates from 7th std to M.tech.

I am a student i have been studying in a institute for about 3 years now my course for that institute was about 2 years studying material and 1 year internship which is total 3 year course but my studying part hasn't been over yet and due to which they are taking it very lightly and first my course installment was in month due to which they use to listen to my queries and give me solution after giving the full payment they are least bother to reply back or even listen to it.
There are many issues i am facing with this disgusting institute i thinking to get some legal help..

Is there any power for high court to change a conduct certificate of students, if a principal/coordinator of that institution issues a not satisfactory conduct certificate to a student on some vengeance??
What all possibilities are there to redress the grievance of students on the basis of law for the above matter?
