Dear sir I have taken 999 education loan I paid 70k till now I got a job and since from one year paying installment but m father kept some gold for loan with paid ful amon requesting give gold. But bank no giving telling to close my education for releasing gold. Plz suggest me

My name is Shakeel. In my school records, caste is not described. In my leaving certificate caste entry is left blank. My caste is Rangrej which comes in obc. My dad's school record shows his caste as Rangrej and I have obc certificate obtained with support of other document.
How can I update my caste in school records.

I am currently doing M.COM through distance education of a IGNOU well known university. I am thinking about doing B ED (regular mode) in Commerce subject.
I would like to know whether there will be any future problems related to legality and validity of the above-mentioned degrees obtained at same time. Will both degrees stand valid and be accepted by employers and other universities according to Indian Law?

Hi I'm from chennai and during the course of my college, I wanted to clear my arrear papers so seeked help from a student who told will help me out if I pay him so much amount of money. I know that what I did was illegal and no legal action can be taken. The person cheated me by taking my money and not doing the job. I've got audio and video proof of the person stating that if the papers aren't cleared that he would return my money back within a month but it's been almost half a year and I've been trying to reach him but he's conveniently avoiding my calls and fooling around. Can any legal action be taken ? Kindly help me put in this issue.

Respected Experts,
I gave RAS (Rajasthan administrative service) exam 2012 and on 17 july 2015 final result has been declared.I am selected with all rajasthan 308 rank.Yesterday RPSC uploaded marks statement of all candidates on its website. I got very less marks in my philosophy optional before scaling and i am not satisfied with my marks.Though i will get state service but due to non satisfaction of marks i want to see my answer sheet.
So,i am requesting to all the experts to provide me the way by which i can see the answer sheet and also tell me that is there any provision for re-checking if i am not satisfied by the checking?
please guide me as soon as possible.

i am currentluy in ipcc and i have given may may 2015 attempt .... and i now i am in ty bcom so after completing my bcom can i join llb course as then my article ship and my llb programee will run side by side so is it possible to do so ....
i requst u to give me idea about the same as soon as possible

i just brief out my quarry here:
Rehabilitation Council of India a statutory body under ministry of social justice and empowerment, govt of india regulates the training program in the field of disability. RCI conducted bridge course in 2006 and 2008 for some diploma holders in Prosthetic and Orthotic to make them at par with the degree level.As degree was not available in india 20 year back ,RCI started the said bridge course to upgrade the registered members to degree level. around 300 people benefited with this initiative bur approximately 150 candidates left to avail this one time facility as RCI Discontinued the bridge course from 2008 due to some court case which questioned the legality of bridge course. but the case was disposed off in the high court.on pursuance by the left out diploma students and their national level association RCI once again given permission to start the bridge course in 2013 but withdraw as some degree students didn't want to run this course.on further persual RCI again given the permission to start the said bridge course in april 2015 but again withdraw with a ground that lateral entry is available now to get into the course. this lateral entry has been introduced in 2010 itself and students did their diploma before 2010 ,having experience of around 15-20 years are being denied of their rights at par with their senior who actually did the same bridge course. even this lateral entry is not materialise because the affiliating university didn't amend its act to make this provision of lateral entry. so students don't have another choice but to go for a court case against the rehabilitation council of india. because it is not their fault as degree was not available at that time and they are involved in teaching to degree students are on other responsible posts since decades. please suggest the scope of litigation and its results,how can we proceed ? we need a well experienced lawyer to deal our case.
