An assessee had efiled his Income Tax Return for AY 2008-09 and a hard copy was submitted to AO,Delhi.

The AO u/s 143(1) intimated a Demand on account of non-credit of TDS as per Form 26AS.However,arectification u/s 154 was carried out by the AO,Delhi and the Order given to the assessee which reflects dropping of the Demand.

The website of CPC,Bangalore is still reflecting the Demand for AY 2008-09.
