Dear sir,
My Educational Original Certificate stuck in the company due to Company ceased by government . Company suddenly closed down. I want my certificate back without my certificate i will not get job. Now my current company is closed. When i apply for new job new employer asking original documents.
Kindly advise me to get the original document back which is stuck in the company.

Because of astrology/numerology beliefs A Partner name is not included in School society deed along with others. What is the way in which such partner can make in writing/ agreement so that it will be valid on par with school society deed. I read MOUs are not legal and cannot be binding. So searching for alternatives

Dear Sirs,
One of my creditors had issued a demand notice for payment of dues on 27th May and the lawyers from my Debt management company replied to the same on 6th June, but today I received a notice for invocation of Arbitration Clause dated 4th June - my lawyers have assured me they will respond to the notice and handle it. But Sirs I am very worried and scared so request you to kindly advice me what i need to do now.

Dear All ,
My grandfather and grandmother gifted their property to my father through a gift deed which has been registered already in 2010 . My grandfather passed away recently and we found out that one of the witness was my nana (alive) , whose photo and sign is there but due to clerical error , the voter I'd number is typed wrongly. How can we rectify the voter I'd number . As my grandfather is no more but my grandmother , father and nana are still there .

1. Is it necessary that a will should be registered?.
2. If a Will has more than one property in different states being bequeathed, is it to be probated. Where is it to be probated?
3. If there is only one property and it is in a rural town, does it have to be probated?
4. If a property is a subject of civil suit with the Government, how to bequeath it in a Will - subject of course to court order.
5. What if one of the beneficiary of the will is an NRI or a citizen of another country but of Indian origin.
6. If a Will is not registered but merely notorised, will it be accepted for probating?

Certificate stuck with company
Sir,
My Certificicate was kept in the office & suddenly Government department shut down my company. I was the employee of this company. My education certificate is also stuck with Government officials. Now the company and the Government affairs are filled in the court . I want to get my certificate back from the Government department. I asked owner for certificate. He said that we will not help you without moving the court case result. I want to get my certificate back what should i need to do?
