Sir,
I have purchased one nonjudicial e-stampaper for Rs.15000/ from corporation Bank, Punjabi Bagh Branch, New Delhi for sale agreeement purpose.But first party uncertantly out of station for one year. I want to refund the above said money. Bank Asked me we would not refund your money due to jurisdiction of power.He asked me go to approrite authority but bank no knowledge SDM or Dy. commissioner authoried person.Plese suggest me who's authorised person.where i go to refund the money and what procudure for refund.

and can we take certified copies of any court case or that case should be related to us only somehow ?

earlier i asked to experts if major cant be adopted what is solution how we cancel his deed forever and if we fight with him legally it can be chance for stay order.
becoz i mrealted in community trust one commitee member not related to our community and he made on adoption deed with his uncle which related to our community and also he using old identity insted of new adopt identity how we take steap aginst him give me prompt replay.

If in Leave & License Agreement, a clause has to be changed related to the use of the flat i.e from residentail purpose to Guesthouse..
Duration of agreement : 2 years, 1 year has already has been passed...
So whether is feasible to terminate the old agreemnet & enter in to new agreement or enter into supplementary Leave & Licence Agreement...
but parties would remain same..

Is sending registered post a way out of getting receiving from Govt. offices ?
Most of the Govt. offices and even many private companies' offices deny/resist giving receiving to the general public's applications,requests,letters,complaints etc.Suppose we send registered Acknowledgement postal letters to them and we get back a postal acknowledgement also, can we prove in the court of law our dispatch to them ?
Is this method equally good as getting a duly stamped and signed receiving of our by hand correspondence given to them?

Can modifications be made to a trust deed registered in Tamilnadu?if YES,should it be executed in stamp paper and registered after all trustees signing?

Drafting of Partnership Deed
Suppose a partnership is commenced on January 1, 2010.
The Deed of Partnership is executed on 15th January, 2010 on a stamp paper dated 10th January, 2010.
Q 1) When is the partnership considered to commence?
a.) Jan 1
b.) Jan 10
c.) Jan 15
Q 2) Suppose the deed specifies that the partnership comes into effect from Jan 1, 2010. Then will you answer to Q 1 be different?
