We are registered with ESIC & PF. Now the Labour department is pressurising to register with Labour Welafare Fund. Kindly advise as we are regularly remitting ESIC & PF amounts, is it necessary to remit the Labour Welfare Fund also? Please inform me any Supreme Court Verdict is there?

Presently, I am serving honorarily for All India Human Rights Association as State Chief Secretary and as a member of Amnesty International (UK &USA). I have composed one unique strange funny english grammar book meant for Higher School going students and it would also serve the purpose as a guide to english grammar for the teachers , how to teach grammar. My question to the Honourable Advocate panel of Lawyer Club India is :
How can I get a perfect copyright of the same from West Bengal? What is the process of getting copyright? Please let me know? Secondly, what is the process to become a Publisher from anywhere in India? Kindly let me know this too? I remain, Signing off, M.Durga Prasad, State Chief, AIHRA(W.B)
Pl advise about to form a law firm, should it be formed as a partnership firm or registered under LLP. I also need a proper draft of law firm.

We are suppose to file money recovery suit, in that we had so money email, transactions on the subject matter.
Can we produce the email print out in the Court as an evidence:

Sir,
I have to submit an affidevit to UTI mutual fund for change of name of my child.
UTI officials are not accepting the affidevit by saying that it MUST be printed on NON JUDICIAL STAMP PAPER only and is invalid if Court fee stamps have been afixed on the printed affidevit (given by UTI officials for the purpose)for requisite value of Rs20/- and verified by notary public.
Kindly advise if their contention is valid?
