i belong to Kharwar caste in UttarPradesh
which comes under Schedule Caste in the state S.C list
Lekhpal's clerk came for checking to my home in ALLAHABAD,and he has given report that i belong to Kharwar caste
But Lekhpal creating problem that this Caste comes under SC in aazamgarh not in Allahabad
we are from aazamgarh but settled in allahabad 25 years back,so all residential proofs are from allahabad
according to SC/ST amendments 1976 all area restrictions have been ended
and one can apply for certificate from anywhere especially in case of SC's
None of my family members ever issued SC certificate before
Kindly help me in this issue

Land lord not giving noc. Rent collected last in april 2010 .Electric bill in land lord name.
Document I hv:
RATION CARD , ELECTRICITY BILL , TELEPHONE BILL , BANK PASS BOOk,
SCHOOL LEAVING ,
For address proof and noc whts way out to get passport ?Any affidated ?

I am practically handling the case where the jugde want the reason why we should not allow the laminated cheque not to be sent to the handwriting expert for signature and handwriting verification.
So,Please provide me the reasons or the section reference which i can put into my answer.

THEFT OF CAR AND LOAN REPAYMENT
DEAR SIR.
MY CAR WAS STOLEN AND THE INSURANCE COMPANY GAVE THE INSURED AMOUNT CHEQUE TO FINANCER BANK HDFC BANK.
THE BANK AFTER DEDUCTING THE PRINCIPAL OUTSTANDING ALSO DEDUCTED 4% TOWARDS PRE PAYMENT OF LOAN AMOUNT.
