one of my collegue working with me used a false ST caste certificate for securing his son an IIT seat in one of the best colleges in india. depriving the real st students from the seat.
is it possible to punish him without registering a complaint against him? he is a very powerful man that no one around him wants to go against him. he is a big nuisance for all other office workers. He originally belongs to general merit but somehow he managed to get a ST certificate for his son from tehsil office.
SO IS IT A MUST FOR ME TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM? i can let it go if there IS some authority that will catch him eventually for sure.. in other words is it ok for me to keep quite thinking someone will catch him someday?

if a person was living in UP since Birth, & now moved to Uttranchal since last 02-03 years, & having a Voter ID card in uttranchal.
so can he apply for OBC cert from Uttranchal as they people (uttaranchal Tahseeldars) is asking 40 years proof of living in uttranchl.
kindly suggest the way haow can it may be done easily.

We are situated residential/commercial complex which was build up by the builder and land owner in Maharashtra with share of 50-50, and builder and land owner sold the flats to people. Land owner provided G.P.A dated 02-05-2002 to builder, after that there was dispute between land owner & builder due to this land owner cancelled registered G.P.A (irrevocable) dated 06-01-2005 without notice or newspaper declare. Surprisingly registry office allowed and given one side registered cancel of G.P.A to land owner. When builder approached and demanded law & procedure register kept quiet. Again he provided new registered G.P.A (irrevocable) dated 05-03-2005 to builder. Now using this cancellation of G.P.A land owner received the revised commencement certificate & approved map from corporation dated 23-05-2006 on his name. First commencement certificate & approved map dated 01-12-2003 was on builder and land owner name.
We received this information very late before that we approached civil court. Now land owner black mailing us very badly and putting Illegal pressure to flat owner & builder.
Can you please suggest us the possible solution for this case.

respected sir,
please read it without getting bored..its a little lenghthy.
I am an engineer. graduated recently. i never used a caste ceritificate , not even for securing my engineering seat as my rank was 42 in entire state i reside. now i am applying for post gradute entrance exam. and i want to use the benefits of my caste as there will be more peoples applying for it and higher level of competition.
MY father didn hav any recent valid caste certificate. so i took my uncle's (father's brother)caste ceritificate as a proof of caste. but he is in ST category and my school record says i belong to CAT 1.
confusion started when the tehsil office and the revenue dept. after verfying my uncle's caste certificate and other records like ration card and proof of my relationship with my uncle, they gave me a ST certificate.
MY QUESTION IS ,,, can i use this ST certificate or should i go back to tehsil to tell about my school records? is it legel or illegal to use this ST certificate ? what consequences i may face and why? and if it is legel are they going to enquire into my school record in the future for any cercumstances ? and what are such cercumstances?
this is the same situation with most of the peoples belonging to our caste.. many of their own blood relatives are considered as ST and its well known to everyone and nothing FAKE OR FALSE about it! some tehlils/ in some districts consider us as pure ST and some consider as CAT 1.
please advice .. i want to be a good schoolar. i neither want to be a cheater nor i want to be a stupid.

many case are here in colleges that girls are suffering, bocz of love and guys do sex and then leave them. Many can manage but some go in depression. Bcoz they dont want to tell to anyone bcoz of family and other things. Offcoarse everyone would like to take justice. I also think that this is part of corruption. So how we can help them exactly? and how much we can punish a person if he do act like this?

Dear Sir,
My Client Mr.A was out of country in 2004 and he had given a GPA to buy a property to Mr B who was also SPA to the builder.
Now my client Mr.A has lost the GPA and the purchaser is asking for the GPA copy. SO can you kindly sujjest how to go about it?

Dear Experts, If the agreement was made on 26th March 2011 but the agreement was signed and executed by the parties on 31st March 2011, which date will be considered as the effective date of the agreement ? Will it be the from the date it was signed and executed ?

It has became frequent that public authorities deny the information citing any clause of section 8 and also mentioning that the information doen't relates to public interest. They also say that since the information is more than 20 years old therefore information cannot be provided.
Now two main questions emerge that
can information be denied or is it avaible only on the issue of public interest. Does RTI Act states this any where?
Secondly, Can an information which is more than 20 years old be denied by the PIo citing the same reason?
I think these days PIOs has found an easy way to deny the information. How should they be tackled on these points? Even state information commissions seems to appreciate PIOs for reasons unknown.

Respected Experts,One person recd. Signature of mine on 10.1.2011 on Printed Receipt on revenue stamp of Rs.1/- by giving Rs one lakh as a token money for purchase of land @ Rs. One crore/acre and the validity of that receipt was 26 january 2011 but after that till date he has not turned up to me for purchase of said land neither he has returned that receipt to me. Although the validity of the receipt has expired but will it create a problem to me in future. As some people say that the validity of such receipt is for three years . Please guide me?
