Dear Sir,
May I know the requirement of documents for a contractor in the business of construction of houses (private).
1. Is PAN, labour licence, PF licence, Sales tax registration necessary or mandatory?
2. If one is in the business since about 10-15 years and having no PAN or any other document required, what are the consequences towards the owner of the house or towards the contractor?

Dear Sir,
My father has expired in 1980, unfortunately we did not apply for legal heirship certificate but we got the death certificate. we have three sisters and myself and my mother.
Due to the fact, can we apply now for the legal heirship certificate after a long silence ? and what is the procedure to apply the same in Tamil Nadu?
Please advise me

Hi
My wife has given wrong date of birth everywhere starting from her educational certificates to passport.
She hasn't be hold on to the pregnancy and had miscarriages. Now, After 3 years of marriage I got her duly certified birth certificate (Bearing her father/Mother name and mother thumb impressions) which reveals she is one year older than what she claims or is there in all other documents till date.
Can our marriage be null and void (Annuled) on the basis of this misstatement or hiding of this fact.
Do all her degrees/education can be claimed null and void.
Please help

In Letter of Acknowledgment time barred hand written statements are relied and the said statements have totaling mistake,
can the said letter of acknowledgment be valid in courts in such a case?

Dear Sir
This is regarding time barred statements and typed document instead of xerox copy of the original relied in the petition.
kindly see the brief as below and elaborate in depth.
The statement of accounts relied in the letter of acknowledgment are time barred, not only that the statement of accounts are hand written and there is a totaling mistake also.
The xerox of original LOA is clearly visible but the typed copy was relied by the Petitioner in the case
The case should be dismissed at initial stage itself considering both the above points but i would like to get it elaborated from the experts

My wife has filed a case u/s 125 crpc for maintenance. I have tendered Income Tax returns/Saral as my income proofs.
I misunderstood the questions asked by the opposition counsel during my cross- examinat ion and I wrongly admitted that I did not submit computation of income with my income tax returns and also I did not put my signatures while filing my tax returns with income tax department.
My QUERY : WILL THE COURT NOW NOT CONSIDER INCOME TAX RETURN/SARAL AS MY INCOME PROOF.
WILL THE COURT TREAT THAT DOCUMENT AS FAKE.
