On my one of application under RTI Act, Law Ministry taken opinion from Attorney General of India. When I sought copy of such opinion, same was denied saying that opinion is also confidential. Can an Opinion given by Attorney General of India can be treated as secret or confidential? If so under which provision or whether any Ruling is given by SC or any HC?

Hi,
I have a property whose lease I am getting registered. I am told by the agent executing the deed that I need to be present with original property documents. My documents are present in some other city thus would take time to reach. Is there any other way I could complete the registration of he deed without having the original property docs in person? Say get a copy of the property docs authorized or something?
Kindly Help.

We received a legal notice from a bank stating that my father was the guarantor for a loan (overdraft facility) of an acquaintance who is in default. my Father was not aware of any such guarantee and thus we replied accordingly. However we received a notice from the DRT and on retrieving the necessary documents therefrom we observed that the signature has been forged. The document bears the date of signature as 2-Sep-2005.The principal debtor had taken multiple loans from many other banks and his attached property is already auctioned by some the other banks. What is our recourse? Please Help
Gudmorning experts,
i am nagendra. on 24/9/2011 (saturday), i lost my purse at movie theater. it contains 5 passport photos, one VOTER ID original and 2 ATM cards.
i immediately went to police station and said the same and i asked them to file FIR but they rejected to file FIR and said that they will give a CERTIFICATE for the lost things. and they gave the CERTIFICATE for the above said things.
now i am fearing that if anyone who got my purse may misuse my photos or id card for acquiring mobile connection or any other.
will this certificate issued by police authority will be sufficient if at any time in future any misuse of my lost documents has taken place?
or i need to give a public notice in newspaper stating that on or after 24/9/2011 any contracts entered with the above lost documents are not binding on me?
please advice me
thanks in advance

respected sir,
My caste is different in my SCHOOL TC and the CASTE CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY TEHSIL. DIST.TEHSIL office issued my caste certificate after varifying my parent's caste certificate as a proof of my caste as i didnot have any photocopy of my school records. both the castes mentioned (one in caste certificate and other in TC) belong to different OBCs .. now i am going to need caste certificate for taking admission to postgraduate college study.
MY question is, can the new college authority make any objections later when they will receive the TC from my old college? can i go back to my old college(where i finished my degree without any reservations, as i had secured that seat under general merit itself) and change the caste according to my CASTE CERTIFICATE? which certificate holds more weightage wen it comes to CASTE AND CATEGORY - CASTE CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY TEHSIL OR COLLEGE/SCHOOL TRANSFER CERTIFICATE ?

Kindly provide me the jurisdiction and the process for registeration of a general power of attorney. Whether the holder of the power of attorney can be the witness himself? and can the power of attorney be executed with the registering authority where the executioner is not a resident?
What is the channel through which caste verification is done at university level after admission ?
i am a doctor..(a post graduate medical student of surgery, to be precise)
i belong to ST category. and i value/ am thankful for the reservation given by indian peoples and govt. of india to the peoples of our community.
i know a person studying with me who is also selected in ST. but i have a strong doubt that he secured his PG seat by producing false caste certificate (but not 100 perc. sure. doubt is because the caste he tells he belongs to is same as mine and i don't find any relatives between us eventhough his residence/domicile is just 50 km apart from that of mine + his uncle is the college principal.
now my question is ..
1) is there any caste verification system present at the P.G university level (while taking admissions) or is the verification done during the process of seat selection is FINAL?
2) if present, how to know if his caste is verified
by the principal? and what standard procedure he fallowed? i want to know what is the CHANNEL of caste verification at this level ?
3) if i have a strong doubt regarding his ST category , whom should i ask without letting him know abt it?( i don't want to mess with my college dean/principal !!! )
