Good morning. A domestic violence case is going on against me since year 2012. For the last more than two years, court had been asking to submit income affidavit which neither me nor my wife have submitted.
I wanted your help to understand what could be the consequences of non-filing the affidavit. Please help.

Hello All
Respected experts
I want to know the legal definition of the word 'dispute'.
I am a sr.citize aged around 70 yrs.and have no more academic interest in knowing the meaning of 'dispute'. However, I am interested because it will help me in my matter indirectly, which is running in court of law.
A govt. organization mentioned, that there is a dispute between two parties, however, they did that even before we filed our say, hence want to challenge the organization. Due to certain security reasons, I am not able to mention any further details of the case at the moment, however my question is,
1.when someone file a case in civil court can it be called a dispute?
2.when the opposite party submit vakalatnama on getting summon from the court is it called dispute?
3.when the opposite party provided written
say, denying the facts in the pitiniors allegations, can be called a dispute?
Also, if there are any judgment or official record stating the meaning of the word "dispute", it will be helpful and beneficial to me. Hope, I am able to put forward my point.
Thanks in advance to all.
I asked the same question on http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Legal-defination-621416.asp, however, it was marked as resolved, hence starting a new thread, with the details, for more information.

I'm submitting original title deed in a bank for housing loan. So, should I keep a copy of title deed attested by gazetted officer or a copy attested by a notary? If both are ok, which one is better or more legally valued?

I AM FORMING A TRUST, PLZ SUGGEST ME ABOUT THE DISSOLUTION CLAUSE. AWAITING YOUR RESPONSE, THE FOLLOWING CLAUSE IS RIGHT OR NOT, PLZ GIVE ME SUGGESTION -
"In case of dissolution agreed to by majority of the Trustees, the residual if any, in whatever from will be given to any other Charitable Trust or institution having similar objects and will in no case revert back to the Founders or their descendants or any other person. Then Trust will be controlled and managed by the Government of India or any Central Government Authority appointed by the Government. But the Trust never will be dissolved in any case. The vision and mission of the Trust, Late Shree Shiv Om Agarwal (Advocate) and its’ founders must be continued and never must be stopped."
