Kushal chakrabarti

I am kushal chakrabarti. Sir in my 10th certificate our title is written as chakrabarthi instead of chakrabarti in mine and my parents names. It is correctly written in all other documents like 12th and graduation. Will the discrepancy in 10th certificate cause problems in applying for jobs etc. What is the solution? Will an affidavit suffice for the problem? I cannot get it corrected in 10th certificate as the minimum time limit has elapsed since 4 yrs.

in a recent case of the company -
the distributor agreement had a clause of "jurisdiction at Mumbai only, for any dispute resolution."
however, the agreement was executed on the same day at Mumbai( by co.) and Banglore (signed by stockist). the matter dragged by the stockist lawyer on this point, since the signature was done on different dates.
will it be a good practice, in such an agreement, to have the jurisdiction clause as stated above and execution date and place to be mentioned by the parties on the relevant date of signature -which certainly will not be the same date?
Agreement duration will be mentioned in the validity clause.
does the different date of execution will have any legal implication at the time of dispute redressal by the arbitrator or court?
request to provide your expert views on the matter.

There are 02 not-for-profit educational socities(A&B), running schools.
B wants to take an educational land belonging to A on a fixed remuneration basis, but as both are not-for-profit organisations, they cannot enter into a lease agreement.
What is the other way out for both the societies to enter into an arrangement wherein B wishes to pay a fixed remuneration on monthly basis to A to set up & run its own school on the land belonging to A?
