Sir,(simpl ques expanded for ur detailed understanding)
My fathr was a retired bank manager from a RRB bank. My father had retired before 7 years and his last month salary is less than 6L p.a. He has secured manager job before 40years of age.
my question is:
1. As per obc ncl condition it is suffice that I am eligible(acc to salary), but am I eligible according to equivalency i.e group a or b.
2. Is it necessary to satisfy both salary and equivalency norms for OBC.
3. If I come in creamy layer will the retired period be considered.

My cousin had eloped with a guy when she was 17. There was no legal wedding or ceremony held.
Later she got her adhaar id under her husband's name w.o.
Her husband died few years ago in an accident and due to ill-treatment from her in-laws she came back to her family.
now she doesn't want to be identified as a widow and wishes to remove her husband's name from adhaar without being marked as widow.
Is it possible?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have born and broughtup in Mumbai, my present age is 50 yrs, i have all the documents and proof of staying in Mumbai like Electricity bill, ration card, passport, school/collage leaving certificate including school board & collage degree certificate. I have also obtained the domicile certificate 1 year back. At present i am staying at Navi Mumbai.
My native place is Karnataka and my wife also belong to Karnataka, she has been selected by MPSC for Maharashtra State govt job, my date of marriage is Dec 2007. My wife qualification certificates are proper & perfect and as far as educational records are concern there are no issues at all.
She has also to submit the domicile certificate to the state govt as a part of compliance. She has submitted the application on 12 June 17 with all relevant documents like last 10 yrs address electricity proof, Adhaar Card, Pan Card, husbands domicile etc., however her application is held up and informed us that since she has not completed the stay of 10 yrs in Maharashtra she cannot be given the domicile at present, and will be issued in December 17 once she completes the 10 years of Marriage.
However, the information i have got from the inter net and from friends & relative is that if a woman is married to man who is resident of Maharashtra can obtain the domicile certificate even though she has not completed 10 yrs of stay.
Kindly advice in this matter.
Anticipating your quick response for my above matter
regards,

If the executor and testator are both dead, in that case does a will stand. if the will is unregistered.

Dear Experts,
My Name is Zaheer Khan & My Wife is Sonal Sharma.
My wife and I got married in 2012 through special marriage act at the time of marriage my Wife was a Hindu by birth and I am a Muslim by birth after these years my Wife has experienced the Religion of Islam and she on her own will and power wants to embrace Islam and would like to convert her Name and Religion legally now.
At the time of Marriage her name was a Hindu and her Religion was a Muslim.
She wants herself to be a revert legally through Gazette certification please help us to understand to process completely we have gone on the Website of Maharashtra Government we found the documents required and the process also but have some doubts which needs an experts clarification. So we request you to please guide us and help us to complete this successfully.
1. Can we process the Change of Religion and Change of Name forms at the same time or do we have to first receive the Gazette for Change of Religion first and then later on apply for Change of Name or the other way around.
2. In the Change of Name Form & in the Change of Religion Form we have been asked to mention Reason for Change according to my Wife she does not want it to be Marriage as according to her it is not because of the Marriage she is willing to Change her name and Embrace Islam but it is because of the Faith in Islam and she wishes to have this Reason to be mentioned in the Gazette hence we need your expertise to go ahead in this matter.
3. Once the Gazette for Change of Name is completed then can we make the changes in the Marriage Certificate which was received by the Court through Special Marriage Act or even this is required to do is for you to confirm us.
We have the affidavits ready through some of our family friend but we want your expertise to understand these matters with more clarity and views from your support.
Best Regards
Zaheer Khan
Reg:plain whitepaper signatured for loan repayment
Dear Sir,
My father took 5 lakhs from a money lender though he claims he is not money lender (We are from AP, Nellore dt). Interest is Rs 2 for Rs 100 per month. So total amount would be Rs 8.6 lakhs after three years with interest of 3.6 lakhs and pricinipal of Rs 5 lakhs. Promissory note was signed on aug 20, 2014. Money lender has a habit of giving monthly chits reg interest amount to be paid. My father took the chit and had paid monthly Rs 12500 towards interest for 3 years. My dad claims he has paid 3.6 lakhs through out 3 years as interest and retains chits given by money lender. Rs 60k was paid up again in 2016 as interest.
Now recently at the verge of loan agreement will expire by 3rd year on Aug 20th, Money lender gave cooked up calculation infront of another person who is chitfund operator in my town and took signature from my father on plain white paper and wrote 7.6 lakhs amount as outstanding amount that needs to be paid May 25th,2017. But as per interest paid and chit given by money lender outstanding amount should be only 5 lakhs and he is taking advantage of interests paid in cash in hand.
Money lender is claiming he hasnt received any amount towards interest all these years. My father is just 10th pass and has no interest calculation knowledge at all. Out of compulsion by both parties, my father signer on plain white paper and money lender wrote Rs 7.6 lakhs to be repaid. Chitfund person said he will be witness and took the signed paper. Later gave the signed paper to money lender.
There are other mediators on both sides who had discussions previously with both the parties and after checking all details, they said to money lender debt has been repaid already and for that matter they paid 9.5 lakhs instead of 8.6 lakhs. Money lender agreed and left to return the documents but never came with document.
Money lendsers sons are now taking this in wrong direction along with their mom and threatening my brother. (Promisory note signed on aug 20th,2014 is expired as its beyond 3 years form the date of agreement entered into). But now money lender is balckmailing with white paper document my father signed ignorantly by force.
Money lender is now threatening my brother over phone on regular basis sending sms and whatsapp message with proofs of signed white paper showing 7.6 lakhs outstanding. They are hassaring my brother by threatening to beat him up when in town. money lender is saying he received bank deposit of rs 5 laksh from my father through bank transfer. My father paid this amount after we sold off our home.Money lender is saying we still need to pay rs 2.6 lakhs to them and as we are sons , we have to pay immediately. My brother has 3 lakhs chit amount kept for his wife operation with chitfund person. Now they are trying to grab my brothers amount wrongfully.
Pls let us know if the amount mentioned in plain white paper loan document to be repaid (7.6 laksh) which was signed by my father in the month of may month end 2017 . Whether this is a valid document and proof to court of law.
Can they place police compliant against my father and mother. Can we give place police compliant against them for this fraud and go legal against them. Pls help with advice on how to go about it. do we have to pay at any cost or can we fight back legally place police complaint against them.
Regards,
Rakesh
