Mine mom,a senior citizen ,wants early hearing of her case under Delhi Rent Act.We asked our advocate to file an application of Early Hearing citing her ill health and some other very much valid reasons, but our Advocate is resisting our request giving different reasons, when we pressed him ,he said that he has sent an application which has been thrown away by the court staff, saying that this no way of getting early hearings.
Is my advocate right or wrong ?
I suspect my advocate has not filed any Early Hearing application,he is just avoiding it,Plz. Guide me?

Dear Experts,
One of my client's family wishes to release its undivided right in the property to my client by a release deed for which he has to pay the consideration as agreed upon.
Now my query is what is the stamp duty & regn. fees payable in Karnataka.
& whether it can be taken as within the family even though there is consideration.
Please clear my doubts at the earliest.

We know that we can easily get certified copies of the paper documents from the court but how we are served a certified copy of the video document filed by us or by the opponent?

I am fighting a case for getting eviction.
I am to file a video in a CD form in the court.
Not only I have mentioned in the rejoinder that a video of a particular length is being filed with this rejoinder but I have also explained that what is being shown in the video and why it is shown.
The contents of the video are not open,so what if,the opponent party claims that there was a blue film in the copy of the video served to them?
Or what if,due to some corrupt court staff the content of my video CD is deleted or tempered?
What more I should do so?
What precautions should be taken?
