bank loan on property

if i want to take bank loan on property (land)...do i have to approach nearest bank to my property (land) or any bank other cities

it is better to move a nearest bank instead of other city

yes better to move the bank of your city because you will be well aware about your city bank and it will be better do not approach the private bank because these banks sometimes do not follow legal.
