Authentic form of case-law to be submitted in court.

to submit a case law in court, what is the acceptable form ?
I mean - printout from websites like www.indiankanoon.org etc. / photocopies of AIR Book.
kindly enlighten.

Depends on judges, whether to accept or not.
Some courts consider such printouts, but some insists for copies of journal with page numbers.
We cannot compel the court.

Photocopies of AIR book will do even u can show the AIR book in court of law with highlighted mark
no issue on that

Both should do though photocopy of AIR is never refused.

Law Books are generally acceptable but web printouts are also being accepted by new judges.
