Dear sir,
I would like to know about the present position of the cases related to the excercise of powers by the high court under Artice 226 even though an alternative remedy is available under the statue.
Pls provide me the latest judgement with regard to the above position.

There are many case laws under Income TAx Act. Will they be useful.

You have to state on whihc subject you want the cases on alternate remedy.

art 226 is all about writ jurisdiction of the HC where you can go even when you have an alternate remedy.
there are five wrots and it also includes violation of fundamental rights
