Hi All,
My name is J. Srinivas, Practicing as Jr. Advocate. Sir, recently i saw in one regional new paper, that one of the Police Coaching Institute Managing Director has taken Pistol in his hand and taken photographs. (He is just Director, he is not police officer). I know that he is having license for that arm, but taking photographs with arm and publishing the news papers, is it an offense ? Please suggest sir.
2. Here in Andhra Pradesh, we have election code, in election code every Arm License holder should deposit there arms in Nearest police station, but he has not done it seems. In election code, how can someone take snaps for his institute and publishes in the news paper. Sir kindly suggest, if anyone having any case law please send it.
