I m living in MHADA colony. After my father death I transfer the same in my and my mother name after submitting NOC from my sister. I submit transfer letter which i got from MHADA to my society to transfer share certificate, but again my committee want NOC from my sister. pls. advise.

Take a certified copy of NOC from NHADA and file here.

Perhaps the Society wants a specific letter of NOC from the sister addressed to them.Pl check with the Society if a certified copy of the NOC given by your sister addressed to MAHDA would suffice. Otherwise u may have to produce a fresh letter from ur sister.

Thanks for your cooperation.
One more thing , I would like to know that, if i had already submitted my original copy of NOC in MHADA how is possible to take certified copy for the same.

You may apply to MHADA to give you a true copy of your sister's NOC. They should furnish you the copy of the certificate. If necessary you may meet the concerned Officer for the purpose.
