Hi Expert
A negotiator/mediator agreed by both parties for a family property dispute, can mediate at his office as agreed by both parties without any ADR institutional assistance in Tamilnadu. Any Court fee payable? If Mediation Settlement Agreement is reached, how to enforce it? No suit is pending in the Court.

Hi Expert,
The dispute is between two brothers for the deceased grand father;s properties and father also died. Instead of going to court, some body suggested mediation. Kindly give your opinion whether to go to court or mediator?

Hi Expert
One of brother sold agricultural land in the name of two bothers undivided share , half portion one has sold without informing the other. That was the reason for dispute.
