I have purchased a flat in around 1981 from the builder directly with agreement having stamp of Rs. 5/-

Now my building is going for conveyance and i have attached all the supporting documents of 1980's

Please tell me sir, can adjudication department impose penalty ? If they do impose how can i appeal to the collectors office in Fort, Mumbai? What is the procedure?

Please help sir.

Collector of Stamps has powers to impose penalty like 1 times of the short affixed stamps based on the consideration value
