Visiting hours

Respected Sir,
Hon'ble court gives me the visiting hours for meet my female child from 5 PM to 7 PM on each sunday at Church. My wife gives statement in court that child is came with my father in law or brother in law. But they did not bring the child during last sunday. I want to file contempt ? Shouk I file contempt under Order 32 Rule 2a or Order 39 Rule 2a?

You should not file it at this early stage otherwise it shall take a long time to dispose off your application and till then you shall have to wait for subsequent visitation meeting.

It is not wise to file such petition rather move a simple application before family court directing your wife to abide by the verdict of the court.

You should request judge to grant you visitation on Saturdays in court premises.
