Can we file a petition to transfer my 498a case to CBI?

If Yes, Which Court

this is not the offence of such a high level so that a high agency should inquire the matter so it is better for you to file the application for the reinvestigation of the case through some senior police officers.

You can try your chance before the concerned High court under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C.

You can't ask cbi enquiry for this issue.. If you want approach the concern high court for change of investigatio authority. If its considered and satisfied mean its may transfer the case to cbcid department. Thats only possible before law.. Cbi is not a state govt's authority. Its centralised autonomus authority.

Investigation by CBI can be ordered by State Govt. or High Court in state matters.
